Volume 87, No. 21 May 28, 2017 REVIEW ADULTS will have two class opons during this year’s Summer Elecves. The “God’s Story—Our Response” series will meet in Fel- lowship Hall for a lecture format class. The “Cooperaon Without Compromise” series will meet in Room 016 and will be a small group/discussion based format. Our focus in both opons will be to move us from knowing God’s Story to recognizing our stories of faith as disciples of Jesus Christ. Summer Elecve brochures, which provide a list of classes and teachers, are available at the Informaon Desk and at the entrances to the sanctuary. YOUTH will have two different series this summer. “Wired” is a series about how we are all wired, and called by Jesus, to love God, ourselves, and others. We’ll talk about how the image of God is all around us. Students will be reminded that God loves them ex- actly as they are. And students will learn that they can love God by loving others. “What makes you happy?” is series in which we begin to ask the queson, what makes you happy? And, one thing we’ll find is that Jesus cares a lot about our happiness. Not only that, we’ll discover where we find happiness may be in a different place than we ever thought—having to do less with a what, and more with a Who. PRESCHOOL CHILDREN- Children three and poy-trained to those entering Kindergarten in the Fall will meet in room 215 for Bible lessons, music, craſts and fun! ELEMENTARY CHILDREN- Children entering first through fiſth grade during the 2017/18 school year will join together in room 220 for a deeper exploraon of the Book of Acts using science experiments, craſts, prayer staons, and mul-media. They will start as a group and break up into small groups each Sunday. Parents are encouraged to connue the learning at home with a take home page sent by email or “taken” on Sunday. Come join us!
