How to Become Spiritually Connected to Jesus Mark 3:31 – 35

Mark 3:31-3331 Then His mother and His brothers *arrived, and standing outside they sent

word to Him and called Him. 32 A crowd was sitting around Him, and they *said to Him, “Behold, Your mother and

Your brothers are outside looking for You.” 33 Answering them, He *said,

“Who are My mother and My brothers?”

Ephesians 2:8-9

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not as a result of

works, so that no one may boast.

Mark 6:2-32 When the Sabbath came, He began to teach in

the synagogue; and the many listeners were astonished, saying, “Where did this man get

these things, and what is this wisdom given to Him, and such miracles as these performed by His hands? 3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James and Joses and

Judas and Simon? Are not His sisters here with us?” And they took offense at Him.

1 Timothy 2:5-6

5 For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man

Christ Jesus, 6 who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the testimony given at

the proper time.

6 Jesus *said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to

My mother and My brothers!

great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the

resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,

2 Corinthians 5:17

17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed

away; behold, new things have come.

Mark 3:35

35 For whoever does the will of God, he is My brother and sister and mother.”

37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I

will certainly not cast out.
