How to Become Spiritually Connected to Jesus Mark 3:31 – 35
Mark 3:31-3331 Then His mother and His brothers *arrived, and standing outside they sent
word to Him and called Him. 32 A crowd was sitting around Him, and they *said to Him, “Behold, Your mother and
Your brothers are outside looking for You.” 33 Answering them, He *said,
“Who are My mother and My brothers?”
Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not as a result of
works, so that no one may boast.
Mark 6:2-32 When the Sabbath came, He began to teach in
the synagogue; and the many listeners were astonished, saying, “Where did this man get
these things, and what is this wisdom given to Him, and such miracles as these performed by His hands? 3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James and Joses and
Judas and Simon? Are not His sisters here with us?” And they took offense at Him.
1 Timothy 2:5-6
5 For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man
Christ Jesus, 6 who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the testimony given at
the proper time.
John 14:6
6 Jesus *said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to
the Father but through Me.
Mark 3:34
34 Looking about at those who were sitting around Him, He *said, “Behold
My mother and My brothers!
John 3:3
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of
God.”
1 Corinthians 2:14-1614 But a natural man does not accept the things
of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them,
because they are spiritually appraised. 15 But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one. 16 For who
has known the mind of the Lord, that he will instruct Him? But we have the mind of
Christ.
Romans 6:4-7
4 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that
as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we
too might walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have become united with Him in
the likeness of His death,
certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, 6 knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in
order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer
be slaves to sin; 7 for he who has died is freed from sin.
1 Peter 1:3-43 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His
great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the
resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,
2 Corinthians 5:17
17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed
away; behold, new things have come.
Mark 3:35
35 For whoever does the will of God, he is My brother and sister and mother.”
John 6:37
37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I
will certainly not cast out.
1 John 5:12-1312 He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does
not have the life.13 These things I have written to you who
believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have
eternal life.
