We take all kinds of questions!

Will I have problems returning to the U.S. if I visit Cuba?

If I sell my blood is the money taxable? Is that against U.S. immigration laws?

How do I get married?

I was speeding for safety reasons. Can I fight the ticket in court?

My spouse seems to be very unhappy here. What can he (or she) do while I’m studying?

Can I return from Canada on an expired visa?

I am having a lot of trouble keeping up with the reading. Can you recommend a private English tutor?

Can you recommend a good hairdresser? Lawyer? Pediatrician? Dentist? Car insurance agent? Real estate agent?

What about settling into life in the U.S.?

A few survival

tips! Ask questions.

Be proactive in making friends and learning about your new

school, city, country, and culture. Try new things.

Balance work and play; old and new.

Eat, sleep, and exercise regularly and well.

Loosen your expectations during the adjustment period. Try

not to jump to conclusions; reserve judgment.

Know about and anticipate culture shock.
