For an unforgettable meeting or dining experience, few venues are more inspiring than the historical Reunification Palace. Formerly known as the Independence Palace, the Reunification Palace is built on the site of the old Norodom Palace and is a world-famous landmark in Ho Chi Minh City.

Designed by the eminent Vietnamese architect Ngo Viet Thu, the palace was the home and workplace of the President of South Vietnam prior to the Vietnam War. On 30th April 1975, the palace became the convergent point of victories for Vietnam.

With its historical significance, beautiful, lush green gardens and live entertainment from traditional Vietnamese musical instruments, this magnificent venue promises to leave your guests with unforgettable memories of Saigon.

Situated on the corner of Ly Tu Trong Street and Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street (formerly Independence Palace), Ho Chi Minh City Museum houses priceless artifacts of Saigon’s beautiful culture and tradition.

Constructed during the French colonial era, the building was used as a residence for high-ranking French o�cers. Called the Gia Long Palace before the fall of Saigon, it was the o�cial home of the former Republic of Vietnam President Ngo Dinh Diem.

After the fall of Saigon, the Gia Long Palace was turned into Ho Chi Minh museum. To entertain your guests, we can arrange private cocktail receptions in this historical building, with the option of live entertainment for an unforgettable evening.

The Woman’s Charity Association of Ho Chi Minh City (WOCA) seeks to improve the quality of life for underprivileged people in Vietnam. InterContinental Asiana Saigon has partnered with WOCA to sponsor four orphanage centres, namely Lotus, Lighting, Tan Binh and Sun Flower.

The hotel has been working with these centres for years, providing volunteer activities for the orphanages. Activities include the preparation and serving of meals, building houses and helping to maintain the facilities.

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that has beenspeculated to date back to pre-Vedic Indian traditions. Yogawas introduced to the West in the late 19th century andearly 20th century.

Yoga classes with our trainers take place at the Pool Terrace(3/F) overlooking the city centre every Monday throughSaturday from 6.30 am to 7:00 pm (except Sunday andVietnam’s Public Holidays). One of Vietnam’s signature delicacies, the Vietnamese spring roll comes in a variety of sizes and fillings including Cha Gio (deep fried spring roll), Goi Cuon (fresh spring roll) and even Bo Bia (same as Goi Cuon but with a di erent filling).

Ingredients to make Cha Gio, the little round, brownie-yellow, crispy rolls include rice paper, minced pork, taro, black fungus, egg, vermicelli and spices. For both Goi Cuon and Bo Bia, the ingredients are fresh vermicelli, boiled shrimp and pork, Chinese sausage and di erent kinds of fresh vegetables.

These spring rolls will be especially prepared for your delegates and they can sample these irresistible delicacies during their insider breaks.

A traditional Vietnamese co�ee recipe, café sua da literally means “milk co�ee with ice”. In North Vietnam it is also called café nau da – iced brown co�ee. Co�ee was introduced to Vietnam by French colonists in the late 19th century.

Vietnam quickly became a strong exporter of co�ee and ranked second only to Brazil. Because of limitations on the availability of fresh milk at that time, the French and Vietnamese began to use sweetened condensed milk with a dark roast co�ee.

Your delegates can savour this authentic and unique Vietnamese drink, lovingly prepared the traditional way, so they can take back delicious memories of Saigon.
