•The FY11 Annual Report will be available on the teacher’s menu March 15th.•Teachers already on extended day must complete the FY11 Annual Report to activate the FY12 POW.•Teachers not accumulating the points to meet each standard will be required to complete an Improvement Plan which must then be approved by the CTAE Director to activate the FY12 POW.
