This report has been completed on behalf of the client. The measurements have been taken using electronic suspended load measuring devices that display the data to the nearest 10 units on a real time digital display. This information is then manually transferred to a computer generated form.

The stock number(s) of the equipment used have been recorded, and can be matched to the manufactures serial number. All load cells have a calibration report of less than 12 months old

The weights recorded are of the suspended load on the day of measurement. A brief description of the load is included, but this data must only be accepted with a drawing of the load, and a plan of the suspension points.

A load suspended on multiple points must be placed in a static position as expected in a normal operating environment. Readings of all suspension points must be recorded at the same time. It should be noted that the load can shift between points without obvious change in elevation. Care should be taken when using independently controlled lifting equipment to level the load.

The client accepts that changes in the load, either addition, subtraction or positional changes of equipment will change the weights present on each suspension point. Significant changes should result in the whole load being reweighed.

The recorded weight shown in this report is for the load below the load cell. The weight of rigging above the Load Cell has not been included in this report.

Every effort has been taken to ensure the accurate transfer of information from the display to the form. The client has verified the data recorded at the time of transferring. Load Cell Rental or its employees and agents shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any drawings or plans submitted with this report.
