It’s hard to believe, but the first two months of 2015 have come and gone…

• Have you been working on the goals you set for this year?• Do you have one or more goals you set out to achieve in 2015?

The secret to achieving our goals lies in constantly pausing to gauge where we are in relation to where it is we want to be going.

This is not something to keep for those last-minute scrambles where we hastily decide what our New Years resolutions are going to beso that we can finally [fill in the blank]. The beauty of life is that we get to fill in the blanks every single day. And when we wake up inthe morning, no matter what has gone the night before, we can fill in the blanks all over again.

Whether January and February saw you stay on course or venture off the path to your dreams and aspirations, here is yet anothermonth – and another Monday – to pause, reflect, and begin again.

Instead of focusing on 10,000 things you’d like to, or feel you need to, change or succeed in, why not be smart about it and pick one ortwo main goals to pour your energy into in the coming months? Once the big rocks are in the jar, everything else falls into place quitenaturally. What are your Big Rocks for 2015?

Using our weekly planner, you will focus on one goal (or two, if you make double copies each week) that will see you through the restof the year. This goal is sub-divided into 10 smaller parts, one for each of the remaining months of 2015. And these, in turn, are sub-divided into one weekly goal that is action-oriented, ensuring that by the end of said week, then month, and then 2015, you’ll actuallyhave fulfilled whichever goal it is you’re setting your mind and heart to…or at least a lot closer than if you kept on drifting in the wind.
