Blackboard automatically grades multiple-choice,
True/False, multiple answer questions (and more), saving you
time
You can import publisher test banks, also saving test
creation time
Randomization of Test questions and answers can reduce
the chances of students cheating
You can use Attempts Statistics to determine which
questions were “good” questions and which your students

A few tips to remember:
Know how to reset a student’s Test attempt in case their
browser crashes while attempting the assessment
Importing Test questions via Excel can be tricky the first
time around
Creating and deploying tests does take some time to
initially set up, but you can easily copy and reuse the tests
in future courses
