Two Truths, One Lie
In this activity, you will write three sentences about yourself. Two of the sentences will be true and one of them will be false. You will present these sentences to the class and your classmates will try to determine which one is false by asking you questions.
Example: Joe Smith1 - I speak five languages fluently.
2 - I do not like reading books.
3 - I have three sisters and two brothers.

Find Someone Who...In this activity, you will need a piece of paper and a pen. You will be walking around the room interviewing your classmates. Turn the following statements into questions to try to find out whether the statement applies to your classmate. If it does, ask someone else. If it doesn’t, ask the person another question.

Game: Word Associations
I will show you a series of photos and you will work in groups to generate as many words as you can in English that correspond to these images. The team that writes down the most words that are relevant to the image wins.
