Mint juleps, bow ties and big hats were the order of the evening for the more than 370 guests, comprising a who’s who of the Baltimore commu- nity. The event was sponsored by blue-ribbon sponsor All Risks and co-chaired by Cynthia Cavanaugh, Aimee Fulchino, Paige Kenney and Lisa Vogel. Proceeds raised from committee members, sponsors, guests and auction donors will bene- fit Kennedy Krieger’s Healing Rooms of the Future. Highlights of the evening included expertly prepared cuisine and cock- tails, dancing, and an impromptu live auction. A silent auction also fea- tured an array of items such as a dia- mond necklace by J Brown Jewelers, a tank ride and a golfing trip to Sea Island. After months of planning, Hats & Horses committee chairs for the Women’s Initiative Network at Ken- nedy Krieger Institute pause to commemorate the evening.
