in the fashionable and vibrant West End of Glasgow only 20 minutes from Glasgow Airport and 30 minutes from Loch Lomond.
Our unique collection of private rooms will seat between 2 and 80 guests and all retain original features such as open fireplaces, ornate corniced ceilings and bay
windows. Our private rooms can be transformed from a formal ceremony during the day to a stunning candle-lit dining room in the evening.

House Number Five can be hired out in its entirety, including exclusive access to the property’s own ‘secret’ terrace garden for an intimate and sophisticated
wedding ceremony and reception.
Whilst very cutting-edge in its approach to our guests comfort, the hotel celebrates all of its opulent original features; rich wood panelling, open fireplaces,
dramatic stained glass windows and sweeping wooden staircases.
Exclusive use of House Number Five is available from £4,550* and includes 12 truly luxurious bedrooms and suites for double occupancy with full Scottish breakfast, and exclusive use of The Macallan, Glenlivet, Ardbeg and Glengoyne private rooms. There is a capacity for up to 80 guests for the wedding ceremony
and wedding breakfast. There is an opportunity for live entertainment and an evening reception for up to 120 guests.
Included is the ultimate honeymoon suite, ‘Domaine Georges Vernay’, with a private patio area and views over our terraced garden. The suite has a staircase leading to a large downstairs bathroom, a luxury wet room with twin showers.

Hotel du Vin One Devonshire Gardens is licensed to hold religious or civil ceremonies and partnerships for a maximum of 80 guests. The local registry
office will make the necessary legal arrangements and book the registrar for your ceremony.

All our rooms are unique spaces and retain original period features such as open fireplaces, ornate corniced ceilings and bay windows. Our private rooms can be transformed from a formal ceremony during the day to a stunning candle-lit
dining room in the evening.
Our unique collection of private rooms will seat anywhere from two to eighty guests.
MACALLAN
The Macallan is a beautifully spacious area with comfortable sofas, soft lighting and a roaring fire. It is a perfect area for guests to relax whilst sipping on a flute
of chilled Champagne.
ARDBEG
The Ardbeg is ideal for the more intimate of weddings, a neutrally designed room retaining many of its original features, including majestic original bay windows
which allow the room to flood with natural daylight.

The Glengoyne is an intimate room with stunning period features and direct access to our private terrace.

GLENLIVET
The Glenlivet is the largest of our private rooms seating up to 30 on one oval table, and up to 50 on smaller round tables. The Glenlivet combined with the Ardbeg will seat up to 80 on round tables and host up to 120 for a cocktail
style evening event.

THE TERRACE
The private terrace at One Devonshire Gardens is the perfect setting for photographs, Champagne receptions and for guests to relax. The terrace can be
accessed directly from the Glengoyne suite in House Number Five.

WEDDINGS AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONSThis agreement for the services of the wedding venue as described below, is made on the day of ______ between the undersigned client and Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens, regarding services (described below) provided by Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens. The purpose of this agreement is to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of both parties. It is mutually agreed upon between the parties as follows:

FINAL NUMBERS REQUIRED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING
Child prices will be applicable up to and including 12 years. We regret that members of staff/management are unable to take receipt of any wedding gifts or similar items during the course of your wedding at Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens. Final details and itinerary to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Final details will be posted for the Clients perusal 2 weeks prior to wedding.Table plan to be delivered to Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens 48 hours prior to the wedding. Delivery of flowers, cakes, favours etc. to take place on the day of the wedding and labelled. Please note, if the reservation is for an exclusive use of Townhouse No 5 and entertainment is booked, the volume must be within a level that it does not disturb other residents/guests within house 1/2/3/4. All entertainment to cease at midnight. All non-residents must have last order of drinks at midnight latest, and all guests must cease drinking in the outdoor terrace by 10pm in accordance with the hotel’s drinks license.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGA NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of £1000 with a signed wedding agreement is required to secure and guarantee your choice of date at Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens. Full fixed costs, based on minimum numbers or greater if this be the case, are payable 14 days prior to the wedding. Should this not be received within said time scale this may result in cancellation/postponement of Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens services (until the balance is settled). Any final balance as a result of an increase in numbers or additional services must be settled prior to your wedding taking place.Payment can be made as follows: Credit Card, Debit Card, Personal Cheque or Cash.
CANCELLATION POLICYIf the wedding has to be cancelled, it is the sole responsibility of the client to notify and ensure that Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens has received the instruction in writing. The appropriate cancellation fees will apply as follows:7-12 months notice of cancellation 10% of projected revenue charge, based on minimum numbers policy.4-6 months notice of cancellation 25% of projected revenue charge, based on minimum numbers policy.3 months notice of cancellation 75% of projected revenue charge, based on minimum numbers policy.Less than 3 months notice of cancellation 100% of projected revenue charge, based on minimum numbers policy.Initial deposit is non-refundableHotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens may have to make changes for reason of Force Majeure, meaning unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control, the consequences of which neither our suppliers nor we could avoid (for example: Industrial disputes, natural disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or similar events beyond our control). Under these circumstances Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens will endeavour to reschedule the client's wedding day or source an alternative venue. Please note that prices for meal/drinks/accommodation are subject to increase due to market availability and inflation. Prices quoted in the current wedding brochure will be held for a minimum of 6 months from the booking.DAMAGE TO PROPERTYAny damage or breakages caused to property by client’s guests during their stay are completely chargeable to the client's account.Any wedding guests found to be consuming alcohol not provided by Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens will be charged a corkage fee.In the event that the client defaults on this agreement monies received by Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens will not be returned to the Client.Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens must receive a signed contract, no later than the ___________, or Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens has the right to void this agreement.Please be aware that Hotel du Vin reserves the right to charge any outstanding payments directly to the credit card guaranteeing the booking.By signing below, we the undersigned understand all portions of this agreement and accept its content and specifications as outlined by Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens.
