The Old Lodge is one of Gloucestershire’s many hidden gems. Set in the heart of National Trust land on Minchinhampton Common, with spacious gardens and beautiful views across the Stroud Valleys. There is nowhere more relaxing.

We have 3 beautifully licensed areas for ceremonies to take place, the panoramic restaurant with views across the Five Valleys, our smaller more intimate panel room or outside under our licensed pagoda (weather permitting!)…and finally, we have 6 bespoke en-suite bedrooms, so at the end of the day you can retire to our sumptuous bridal room, sink into a blissful, much needed sleep and wake to gorgeous views across Minchinhampton Common.

We would love to meet you personally to show you around our beautiful venue & discuss your special day. We pride ourselves on being extremely flexible to any requirements or budgets so please contact our events manager either by telephone or email to arrange a convenient time.

We understand that all weddings are different, all of our packages are flexible and can be tailored to meet your requirements. Evening Reception

Our aim is to give flexibility so evening receptions are all about that. Whether it’s a hot or cold buffet, hog roast, bbq or bacon rolls at 10pm we’ll aim to give you what you desire.Entertainment wise we have our regular DJ who is flexible to what he plays or if you prefer a live band we can also assist with sourcing that as well.

Accommodation

At the end of your day, you and your guests can retire to our six en-suite bedrooms. They all come with beautiful furnishings, luxury linen and a bath or shower. After a much needed sleep, wake to gorgeous views across the Five Valleys and join family and friends over a delicious breakfast.

Off-Site Apartments

For brides or grooms looking to spend the night before with their wedding party then our serviced apartments may be the perfect place to relax before the big day. With 2 and 3 bedroom apartments available within a 5 minute drive of The Old Lodge they are super convenient and come with all the amenities you’ll need.If you have guests arriving from afar that are looking for a few days in The Cotswolds, they are also the perfect base for them to come and explore.

Booking Your Wedding

Once you have a preferred date in mind, we can provisionally hold

the day for up to 28 days before we require a £500 deposit and signed

terms and conditions.

Full terms and conditions are available and will be sent out with

your contract.
