FULL BUYOUT FOR UP TO 200 GUESTSCreate the waterside wedding of your dreams with use of all 4 venue spaces at the Boathouse. You will have exclusive use of the entire interior space and outdoor deck.
GUESTROOMS�e Boathouse o�ers 25 nautically-themed guest rooms, many with views of the water. Full buy-out weddings at �e Boathouse require a private buyout of the restaurant for the evening, as well as a buyout of the 12 guestrooms and suites above the restaurant for two nights on weekends.
Our guestroom rates vary by season, ranging from $199 to $699 per night depending on the season.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS • While there is not a ceremony location at
�e Boathouse and parking is very limited, Azalea Events will assist you with securing the locations for both.
• An event planner is required for all buyouts.• Additional considerations include any
rental items, linens, outside lighting, �oral, décor, entertainment, wedding cake, etc. which you may wish to bring in would be at your own expense.
• Clients will be responsible for all additional aspects of their wedding or event including �owers, music, photography, cake and décor.
• Please note: Parking on-site at the Boathouse is very limited and is reserved for overnight guests of �e Boathouse.
• Due to the town of Kennebunkport’s noise ordinance, any outside ampli�ed music must conclude by 10pm and inside �e Boathouse by 11pm.
• Site Fees cover a 5.5 hour Event.• Maine State meals tax is 8%, and service charge consists of a 20% non-taxable gratuity.
