Please be advised that Wedding bookings cannot be accepted over the Easter School

Holidays, Easter Weekend, Long Weekends and from the 15th December up to the 5th January

due to an increased leisure market.

ROOM RATES

Below are our special wedding accommodation rates for weekends

where one will be attending a wedding at the Estuary Hotel & Spa.

Single or Double room at only R999.00 per room per night, room only.

Children under the age of 12 stay free when sharing with two adults.

CHILDREN POLICIES

In order the qualify for the Children’s Menu options, kindly confirm the number of children, their ages and

your menu choice (the same option for ALL the children) at least two weeks before your wedding date.

R95.00 per child – ages 3 to 12 only. These are plated options and include one soft drink per child.

Chicken Strips & Chips; orFish Fingers & Chips; or

Beef or Chicken Hamburger & Chips. Jelly & Custard; or

Ice Cream & Chocolate Sauce.

Alternativley children aged 1 to 12 may eat from the buffet menu at a 50% discounted price. Children aged

12 and above the standard rate will apply.

BEVERAGES

We will arrange all the beverages for your special day including specific drinks enjoyed by you and your family and suggest wines from our

extensive wine list to compliment your meal.

BAR TABS

The bar tab limit must be arranged by yourselves before the wedding day should you wish to run a bar tab for your guests, we will require full

payment of the bar tab before check out the following day.

BABYSITTING

Our Bubbly Blue holiday club is available for

babysitting services and entertainment

for a R1,500.00. Maximum up to 15 children.

SET UP

If your wedding venue is not being used the day before, we

can make arrangements to allow a set up to be done on the day

before your wedding. This is to be decided by the

Estuary Management.

Please make sure that the service providers of your choice

have contacted our wedding coordinator to discuss when

set-up can take place.

BEACH AND GARDEN CEREMONIES

The service Providers of your choosing will do the set-up of your chairs and gazebo on the beach.

The same would apply to your garden ceremony with the assistance of the Estuary Staff.

There is a complimentary 15-seater bus that will transport all your guests to and from the beach

for your Ceremony.

The bus is also used to take the Bridal party to the beach for their creative photo shoot

after the garden ceremony.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU IN ORDER TO BOOK YOUR WEDDING DATE OF CHOICE?

We require a one hundred percent

non-refundable deposit of the relevant Venue

Hire Fee accompanied by the signed contract.

Provisionally bookings can be held only for

48hours after which it will be released. The

bookings work on a first pay first serve basis.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO GET MARRIED? (WEATHER WISE)

While it is impossible to predict the weather on a day-to-day basis, we can tell you that generally

summer holds more rainfall than winter in

this region. Winters are mild and mostly clear.

November and December are quite rainy

although there are beautiful sunny days too,

and January and February are the hottest more

humid months of the year on average. August and

October are often windy months. April, May and

June would be our safest options weather wise.

The chapel will be set up as backup should the

weather conditions change. The use of the Chapel

is included in the package.

PLEASE NOTE:

The Estuary is responsible for the basic set up of

your cutlery, crockery and glassware. We will set

out the tables and chairs and all linen supplied

but the Estuary.

Table decorations, flowers, nametags,

guest favors etc. can be done with prior

arrangement between yourselves and the

wedding coordinator.

It is the responsibility of the Décor Company or

Bridal party to set up and clear up their personal

item. (E.g.: flowers, tiebacks, overlays, ribbons,

napkins, table favors etc.)

The decorations / draping must be cleared up on

Sunday morning or latest Monday, if there is no

other even taking place on the Sunday.

The Estuary Hotel & Spa is not held accountable for

any losses or damages.

Service providers are not to be permitted to use

our staff to set-up of clear up, unless arranged

with the hotel at the additional labor costs.
