Keperra Country Golf Club
With an extensive history in providing clients with the perfect wedding service, the Keperra Country Golf Club is the ideal venue for
your wedding ceremony and reception. On behalf of the Club, we would like to thank you for considering our unique Club for your
wedding ceremony or reception.
Located just 15 minutes from the CBD, the Club offers an exclusive venue with an intimate and inviting reception room, which is fully
air-conditioned, with adjoining balcony and sweeping views of the course, as well as a private bar and an original working fireplace.
The reception room has mood lighting throughout, as well as a dance floor - all the services you expect from an outstanding venue.
The Club’s dedicated and experienced Events Co-ordinator and Function Manager will liaise in depth with you to fully understand
your vision for your wedding day before guiding you through such decisions as menu selection, room decorations, beverage
packages and entertainment options.
The bridal party is invited to utilise the beautiful vantage points the course has to offer for “after ceremony” photographs. For
ceremonies held at the Club, we are happy to provide motorised and decorated golf carts, free of charge, for the entire bridal party
and photographer.
The Club’s onsite catering partners, Dalton Hospitality Catering and Events, currently only one of seven catering companies in
Queensland to be awarded a Gold licence, has designed a range of different menus, from alternate drop to buffets, and an ever
growing canapés list, designed to match a variety of budgets. For over 10 years, Dalton Hospitality Catering and Events has been
renowned amongst greater Brisbane for offering exceptionally high quality and flexible catering, all of which is hand made, in house,
by Jerome Dalton and his team of experienced and passionate chefs.

I write to compliment you and the team from Keperra Country Golf Club (KCGC) and Dalton Hospitality for your excellent service. I
had looked at a number of venues before choosing KCGC, however KCGC was a stand out for the following reasons:
The function area was self contained (including bar, toilets, dance floor) without having to compete with other functions
being held at the same time;
It has the outlook that I was looking for (great view to trees and open spaces). I had a picture of drinks and canapés on
the deck before dinner, enjoying the sunset: what we got was just that;
The food appeared to be high in quality without being pretentious, and certainly not standard buffet fare. Dalton
Hospitality also came highly recommended from colleagues who have dined with them previously;
I wanted to hold a memorable event, with the support of a venue/club and caterers that would come up to my expectations … I have
been told I am a bit of a perfectionist!!! As mentioned, I considered a number of other venues, including “high end” function venues,
and have used such venues before. However for me, KCGC and Dalton hospitality certainly met my expectations, and exceeded my
experiences of other venues. The venue, food, service, and staff were exceptional.
I particularly appreciated the work of Michael Dash from Dalton/KCGC who was diligent in his function coordination. Michael has
great customer service skills … nothing is too much bother. I have also received positive feedback from the many people who
attended the event: complimenting the venue, food, and staff/service. I wouldn’t be surprised if one or more use Dalton/KCGC for a
future event. I would have no hesitation in recommending KCGC/ Dalton Hospitality to anyone who would like to hold a memorable

Garden Ceremonies
The Club has an idyllic, hidden Garden Gazebo, which is perfect for Wedding Ceremonies, completely enclosed by a manicured
garden of hedges. The Gazebo is tastefully decorated and includes a fully skirted signing table, 30 x covered chairs with sashes and a
red carpet (additional chairs available upon request). When you book your wedding ceremony using our Garden Gazebo, the bridal
party is invited to complimentary use of the course as well as motorised carts for after ceremony photos.
Ceremony times are dependent upon seasons and during the winter months of May through August it is suggested that all
ceremonies commence no later than 3:30pm, and during the summer months of September through April, no later than 4:30pm.
Packages
Keperra Country Golf Club has designed two individual packages aimed at providing an extensive and quality range of specific
services to our clients. Both packages, based on a per person rate, include the standard room hire, a range of different decoration
options, as well as food and beverage. “Additions” are welcome to be made to these packages, see below for details.

Chair covers with your choice of sashes.
Skirting on bridal and wedding cake tables.

4 hour service time which includes the following;

$125 per person
Minimum of 50 guests / includes wait and bar staff
Every couple who choose Keperra Country Golf Club’s Wedding Package 2, and invite 80 or more guests, will receive
a complimentary bottle of Moet at the time of paying deposit.

This includes exclusive use of the Club’s function room from 6pm until 11:30pm.

Extensive choice of Keperra Country Golf Club’s wedding decoration supplier’s premium models of
Centrepieces.
