Country wedding

Country Stay is a relaxed country venue just outside a beautiful country village. It is

close the Hunter Valley Wine region and can cater from 6 to 25 people for

accommodation.

The owners are happy to be flexible on your wedding arrangements providing

access to the property for set up and pack down as needed. No noise restrictions,

giving the opportunity to party well into the evening if required.

Niche Weddings will visit the site as on booking to check on hire requirements for the

day. We can then add or remove items as needed providing a more accurate

package price.

Niche Weddings has access to bulk services for purchasing of alcohol we can help you

organise the quantities based on your guest demographic.

Have a think about the male to female ratios of your guests, their drinking habits, ie beer

drinkers, wine drinkers. The time of year for example is hot then perhaps more beer, white

wine and sparkling will be consumed or if it is colder perhaps a little more red should be

ordered.

Will you be having spirits or cocktails would you like a self serve cocktail machine or would

you like to provide a bottle spirits per table for example a nice Scotch to be consumed with

ice.

Softdrinks, what would you like to provide, just Orange Juice & Soda Water or would you like

to add Coke or other items to the list. Did you want to get these in large bottles or would it be

fun for your guest just to pick up a can out of an ice bucket.

These are just many of the options you can choose. We can discuss the options further when

you are ready to do so.

liking. These guys are guaranteed to get the dance floor started.

Ceremony décor $price

There are many options you can use when styling your ceremony. If it is simple that you are

after we can select a tree or a feature on the property that you like and use this as a

backdrop. Simple things hang from trees and a few petals here and there will give a slight

formal feel to the dedicated area.

Simple mismatch chairs can work really well and can also be re-used in the marquee as

seating for the day. Otherwise these can also be brought back to the outside of the

marquee as a chill out area near the bar.

If you are happy to continue the theme of the mismatched chairs through from the

Country Cottages 2, gateway to Australia's Country Valley, is a family owned and operated

vineyard offering boutique wines and country cottage accommodation. Country Cottages 2

5 private, self-contained cottages offer ideal accommodation for couples and larger groups

alike.

All cottages are being held at present for your wedding weekend – Min 2 night stay.

Country guesthouse and Cottage, will have 3 rooms available, which are being held and 2

night stay is $ per room. Sleeps 6. Breakfast included.

services are included free of charge (except day of wedding – see optional).

Our planning services include full coordination prior to the event including liaising with all

suppliers to ensure that your day will run just how you imagined. We are available via phone

and email in the lead up to your wedding day so you can discuss your requirements. Having

access to professional advice can be invaluable and we can assist with any ideas for cost

savings or advise on items and help you decide what you need and what you want.
