Order of ServiceWording Template
Why give out an Order of Service? The wedding Order of Service, or wedding program, is usually handed out by ushers to guests as they arrive.
The Order of Service makes a lovely memento and gives you the opportunity to communicate to guests lots of additional information about how your wedding day will run. Sometimes one large poster-board is put out on display, and this can do the same job, but without the need for ushers and sometimes at a lower cost.
Like much of the wedding stationery, knowing what needs to be included (and what can be omitted) is a bit of a battle. Please note, if you are getting married at a Church, you should check with the priest/minister as each different religion may have additional guidelines you need to follow.
