Terms & ConditionsBooking Deposit, Final Numbers, Minimum Spend & Final Payment A deposit of $1,000 is required on confirmation of your booking.

Final numbers are required 4 weeks prior to the wedding date & in writing. Your final invoice will be based on these numbers – numbers can only be increased after this time.

Use of the Grand Dining Room requires a minimum spend of $5,000 & should your numbers decrease & fail to achieve this minimum, the room hire will increase.

Final payment must be received 21 days prior to the event. Any additional charges are to be paid on the night by credit card.

Public Holiday Surcharge Please add 15% to all room hire fees, food and beverages for events held on public holidays

Accommodation Bookings Guests attending your wedding are offered a 10% discount when booking & they will be required to

inform the hotel reception that they are your guests when making their bookings. .*This discount will not apply on long weekends; a min. 2 night stay will also apply & during peak times the Hotel may elect to apply a 2 night min. stay

Check In & Out Room check in is 2pm with a check out of 10am, unless alternative arrangements have been made with

the Vue Grand.We understand the need to possibly require a space to get ready, but as we are an operating hotel we

cannot guarantee that any booked rooms can be ready prior to the 2pm check in.If you require somewhere to get ready, we strongly recommend you book a room for the night before

that can be used for this purpose.

Complimentary Taste Test This is for the Bride & Groom only or a representative of the Bride & Groom (3wks notice if required for

tasting) and additional attendees can be arranged for $50pp.Tastings will include 3 selections from each course which will all be served as shared tasting boards. Vue

Grand Classic beverage package beers & wines will also be served.

People Under 18 years & External Supplier Meals Guests under 13 years of age will be charged $60per head for a 2 course menu & a 4 hour non-alcoholic

drinks package.Additional meals & drinks for external suppliers can be arranged & will be charged at $50pp.

Wedding CakeWhere wedding cakes are supplied by a professional, assistance or instructions on storage and display of

the cake are required. If you are requesting for cake or cupcakes to be offered to your guests on departure, boxes or cake bags must be provided.

EntertainmentYou are welcome to make your own arrangements with Celebrants, bands, DJ’s, performers however

please advise them that they are required to provide all necessary equipment. All entertainment must cease by 11pm our bar will close at 11pm & all guests are required to depart the dining room by

11.30pm.

Security The Vue Grand is a licensed premise & enforces the responsible service of alcohol regulations. A security

guard is required at a cost to the organiser for all weddings at $55 an hour.

Confetti – Diamantes The use of these items are strictly prohibited in the grounds of the Vue Grand & in the event they are

used an additional cleaning fee of $200 will apply. *Rose Petals may be used in outside areas of the Hotel

Cancellation Should unfortunate circumstances arise that you need to cancel your function all deposits paid will only

be refunded if more than 6 months’ notice is given. If your date is to be deferred, we are happy to transfer all deposits paid as long as more than 6 months’ notice is given. If any cancellations are made

within 3 weeks of your function date all final payments will be forfeited.

Unforeseen Circumstances The management reserves the right to cancel any booking & refund deposits paid without notice by virtue of unforeseen circumstances that result in inability to comply with any of the provisions of the

contract. e hotel due to health and safety concerns of guests or staff
