First, I want to say that NTK Photography would not be what it is today without the help of some of the most amazing and talented people I have had the opportunity to work with and for. Those who work directly with me deserve loads of respect and admiration for their hard work and dedication to capturing one of the most special days in life.

For as long as I can remember I have always had an interest in the visual. I spent countless hours drawing and painting in my younger days. As I grew, the desire to have a creative life grew with me. I took every art class I could in school and wound up going to college for a creative degree. Photography, although always a favorite hobby of mine, it wasn’t until I shot my first wedding as a second photographer years ago that I fell in love with it. Some-thing just clicked. Everyone is so happy and alive at weddings; there are few things that will have as much significance in someone’s life and I couldn’t help but feel honored to be capturing this moment for them.

ME, MYSELF AND I

The moments that we capture together will only be the mid-way point in our time working together. Our work begins the moment we first start talking. The fees we charge include many of the not so obvious aspects of covering such a special moment in your life such as the time spent on behalf of you and your unique vision.

We also provide tip and strategies along the way designed to make your life easier and reduce your stress by ensuring that we cover as many details as possible and create a smooth, relaxed wedding day photography experience. In addition, our fees involve all pre-production such as meetings, venue visits, and administrative considerations.

After your wedding we work quickly to finish post-production on your photos, secure and back up your files, create slideshows, export and upload your gallery online and keep you posted through this whole process. We also use the fees we collect to ensure we have clean, modern, professional equipment with back-up gear, hire amazing associate photographers, assistants, and to pay taxes and insurance.

We believe it is important that the couple we work with know everything involved in capturing their day. However, we truly believe that a beautiful day deserves beautiful photography regardless of budget constraints. That is why we offer amazing full day coverage in our most basic wedding collection.

WHAT WE DO

We provide all day coverage (8 hours) and includes 2 photographers as well as an assistant to the photographers, and on location engagement session prior to wedding day, password protected on-line wedding day image gallery hosted for 90 days, hand done post production on all delivered files and 30% off our Premier Print service.

We also include a high-resolution disc of your negatives as well as a USB flash drive for back up. A print release is also included, allowing you to go to any photo lab you like and print your images. We offer heirloom quality albums and many other A La Carte items that can be added to customize your wedding coverage.

Our basic wedding package will provide you with amazing coverage and we are excited to offer it at such an affordable rate. However, our Heirloom coverage is where we get to design an album for you that will be passed down from generation to generation. You also get a complimentary engagement session guestbook!

We use two of highest quality custom album makers in the world. Leather Craftsman and Red Tree Albums are our choice to create the finest, most beautiful, made in the United States heirlooms for you. We work hand in hand with these trusted sources to design modern albums and present to you one of your first keepsakes. We provide you the ability to revise our design 3 times to make sure we get it right and is something you can love for a lifetime.

A LA CARTE

We always suggest an engagement session! This allows us some time to get to know each other a bit before your big day. Being comfortable and knowing a bit about the way we captur events will help in getting the most natural and beautiful pictures.

Learning about what makes you unique as well as any traditions and customs that will be taking place on your wedding day ensures we have the best possible chance to cover every important detail. An engagement session also allows us the time to work on posing and try out ideas before your wedding.

Plus, when was the last time you had professional portraits done?

ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS

Weddings that take place within 50 miles of the Phoenix metro area, travel time to and from the wedding is included. This will cover pretty much anywhere in the valley.

For weddings taking place outside of this area (Payson, Prescott, Tuscon, etc), a travel fee of $250 applies. For locations requiring 2+ hours of travel time, a single night lodging fee of $100 is required.

We need to take a plane? Lucky you! If we are traveling by air, two round trip tickets, lodging, transportation to and from the venue, as well as a daily per diem of $75 are needed.

All travel fees are non-refundable

DESTINATION EVENTS

Let talk about a few things that will help the day of with a few do’s:

DO: Relax, and let go! Lots of people don’t like to have their photos taken and you can tell. it shows in the pictures. If you fall into this camp, I ask you to trust me and just forget about it for one day. I promise to make you look your best!

DO: Book an engagement session! It helps us build a relationship and get you both comfortable in front of the camera

DO: Build in plenty of time for pictures. Rarely will we have too much time and often we are wishing we had just 15 more minutes! Sunset pictures should always be planned for.

DO: Let us know about any special traditions, customs, or keepsakes you want to spot-light. Your personal touches are so important, and I am sure you agonized day and night about getting them just right, so let us know about’em!

DO: Hire a wedding planner. It will make your life so much easier and allow you to really enjoy your day. If you need some help I work with a few wedding planners and can recommend one for you!
