Making Your Vision a Reality

On the island of St. Lucia there are specific requirements for a legal weddings ceremony and our

Wedding Coordinators are available 24hours a day to guide you along the process.

You will need to bring the documentation listed below and complete the two attached forms and fax

them back attention to Wedding Co-coordinator on 1 (758) 450 8847 at least 14 days prior to arrival.

• Passports

• Birth Certificates

• Decree Absolute (if one of the parties is divorced)

• In the case of a widow/widower a Death Certificate of the first spouse is required along with original

marriage certificate

• If a name has been changed, a DEED POLL is required if the client’s new name does not appear on

their passport or divorce documents and they want their new name to appear on their marriage

license

• If one of the parties is under the age of 18, evidence of consent of parents is required in the form of

a sworn affidavit stamped by a Notary Public (statutory declaration) as well as consent from their place

of origin. Also, parents will need to be present at the marriage ceremony in order to sign all required

documentation

• If any required documents are not in English, an authenticated translation must be available and

stamped with a seal from their place of origin e.g. embassy

Cap Maison has so many enchanting places for your nuptials, find which one is the perfect fit for you and your future bride

Smugglers Gazebo Nestled above the Caribbean Sea with the island of Martinique as your backdrop, the Gazebo is our most popular

outdoor venue. Perfect for two or a maximum of 120, this picturesque venue accommodates both ceremony and

reception.

Rock Maison A breathtaking and intimate spot just above the waves, Rock Maison offers the adventurous couple a unique and

unforgettable wedding celebration, and accommodates up to 12 persons for dining.

Villa & Roof-Top Terrace Our Roof-top Villas offer amazing views and backdrops for your wedding and reception, accommodating between

20 and 50 persons for dining

The Naked Fisherman For a wedding with sand under your feet and sea breezes creating a relaxed-chic affair the Naked Fisherman is a

must. Your ceremony and reception can be held at this open-air venue for 80 to 100 persons.

Please note that all beaches in St. Lucia are public and you may not have the entire beach to yourself.

The Cliff at Cap Our premium location has one of the best sea- and garden views on the island. It is available for à la carte dining

and for those requiring full use of the venue, a buy-out of the restaurant is required although off-season flexibility

is possible. Seating for 100, depending on the weather.

Saman House – The Owner’s Residence Secluded, luxurious and surrounded by breathtaking views, Saman House is the best all-in-one location for

ceremony, celebrations and overnight stay. This venue accommodates 60 persons to stay overnight.
