Introduction
If you publish/stream applications from your Citrix server, you must complete the
following steps in order to ensure seamless operation with Webroot SecureAnywhere
(WSA).
1. Create Policy
- Log into your WSA management console at https://my.webrootanywhere.com and
select Endpoint Protection.
- Browse to the Policies tab.

- Highlight Recommended Defaults and select Copy.
- In the Policy Name field enter Citrix Policy and in the Policy Description field enter
Policy for Citrix Servers. Press Create Policy.

- Double-click Citrix Policy.
- Under Basic Configuration, change Operate background functions using fewer
CPU resources to On.

- Under Self Protection, change Self Protection Level to Minimum.
- Press Save Changes and Promote Pending Changes to Live.

2. Update the Registry
Caution! This fix requires you to edit the registry. Webroot cannot be held responsible for errors or malfunctions caused by this registry modification.
- Open your registry editor and browse to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI
- Create a new String Value (REG_SZ) and name it LogoffCheckSysModules.

- Double-click LogoffCheckSysModules and enter WRSA.exe in the Value data field.
Press OK.
3. Install WSA on your Citrix Server
For detailed instructions on installing WSA, please visit the Resources section in
your management console.
4. Assign Citrix Policy to your Server
- In your management console, browse to the Group Management tab.

- Find your Citrix server in the list, select it, and press Apply Policy to Endpoints.
- In the drop-down menu, select Citrix Policy and press Apply

- On your Citrix Server, right-click on the WSA icon and select Refresh Configuration
