webMethods Integration Server v9.8 Installation

Preparation for Installation

Create directory where webMethods is required to install i.e. <wM98> inside D:/ Drive

Check if associated database has been created and accessible.

Installation

Run webMethods installer SoftwareAGInstaller20150415 from location D:\WM98_Repository\SAG Installer as an Administrator

Click on Advanced Options

Click on Images and select install from image option

Select the image file wMIS98Image from location D:\WM98_Repository\IntegrationServer

Click OK

Select below

Instalaation directory # D:\wM98

Host Name# <host name>

Start Menu group name# wM98

Click Next

Select below mentioned componenets

Accept license agreement anc click Next

Choose below information

License file# Select license file from location D:\WM98_Repository\License\Prod\Production

Primary port# <Keep Default>

Install as# Service

Package# select Install the packages on the default instance as well

Data Connection#

Select External RDBMS

RDBMS# Select SQL Server

Connection name# <Database Name>

URL# jdbc:wm:sqlserver://<SQLSERVER Name>:1433;databaseName=<DATABASE NAME>

Database user# <Database user name>

Password#< Database password name>

Keep default port for command central

Keep default port for platform Manager

Validate the installed Product from list

Click Next

Validate installed componenets with above attcahed componenets list

Check if Integration Server has been installed and service has been created via clicking Start menu Services
