Here I post the Activity Package 1 of this week. Just follow the instructions, in case you have a question or misunderstanding, comment in the website, I´ll answer as soon as

possible.

HOME ACTIVITY Materials:

READING TEXT: “Man with no arms and no legs never gives up”. READING COMPREHENSION ACTIVITY

CLASS ACTIVITY Materials:

Print the ACTIVITY SHEETS of the carpet (CLASS1, CLASS2, CLASS3, CLASS4). (Sugerencia en caso de no contar con colores, configurar su impresora para imprimir en escala de grises).

HOME ACTIVITY INSTRUCTIONS (5 activities):

1. Go to the CLASS ACTIVITY SHEET “CLASS2” and read the exercise 3 of the page.

2. SPEED SCANNING: Read the text as fast as you can, don’t stop to understand unknown or difficult words. Just read fast.

2.1 Write your score in the “SPEED READING JOURNAL”.

2.2 Take your time and then read the text carefully, trying to understand as much of you can of the reading, remember that if you have difficulties with some words, you can use dictionary online www.reverso.com but, remember: DON´T TRANSLATE.

3. Print the READING COMPREHENSION ACTIVITY and answer the exercises (average time: 15 min).
