She served in operations and enterprise-wide functional leadership roles as this faith based organization moved from a holding company to operating company, and grew rapidly through multiple acquisitions. Previously she served as VP, Regional Administrator for Group Health Cooperative, Seattle (now Kaiser Permanente) where she led a regional care delivery system for 155,000 enrollees. She is certified in Hogan Personality Assessments and is a contracted consultant and executive coach with Witt/Kieffer Leadership Solutions. She is also a member of the Executive Service Corp of 501 Commons, Seattle, where she volunteers as an executive coach, working with nonprofit leaders and boards.

She has a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Washington and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
