Indicators: On the 2012 CRCT, Luella Elementary will: decrease the percent of student not meeting expectations on the

CRCT Math from 11.6% to 9%; in the subgroup of SWD decrease the percent of student not

meeting expectations on the CRCT Math from 21.1% to 15%; decrease the percent of student not meeting expectations on the

CRCT R/ELA from 6.4% to 4% in the subgroup of SWD decrease the percent of student not

Focus Area: All teachers will implement data-driven, standards-based grade level GPS instruction.

Measureable Goal(s): Each student will achieve 85% or more of his or her individual growth targets* in all content areas each academic year.*Individual growth targets will be set on multiple sources of student achievement such as CRCT, Common Formative assessments (CFAs), STAR, First In Math, ALEKS, GRASP, and/or G-KIDS.All students will raise achievement in Math on the CRCT from 88.6 % meeting or exceeding standard at the end of SY2011 to 90 % meeting or exceeding standard by the end of SY2012 as measured by the CRCT.

o Students with Disabilities will raise achievement in Math on the CRCT from 78.9% meeting or exceeding standard at the end of SY2011 to 83 % meeting or exceeding standard by the end of SY2012 as measured by the CRCT.

o Economically Disadvantaged will raise achievement in Math on the CRCT from 86.2% meeting or exceeding standard at the end of SY2011 to 88.2% meeting or exceeding standard by the end of SY2012 as measured by the CRCT.
