How to use the Question SheetsThe Question Sets are in interactive Microsoft Word format.

These are forms that you can type on and reuse – just click underneath the question and start typing.

Take a very good look at the questions!

Each question has dropdown options in different colors that give you a choice of question. So you may want to answer multiple questions at the same time, or come back and do the form again using different options.

Once you go through the options, a simple form of 5 questions can have over 1000 question configurations in it. This enables you to tailor the course to your exact needs, covering all the bases without getting overwhelmed by a huge list of questions… and the big picture themes are already taken care of, so you stay on track.

Simply answer the questions that appeal to you, or for an intensive clean out, aim to answer every question.

The questions will release awareness in you in layers, so do all 9 question sheets from the set in order if you can. The awareness from previous questions often makes the later questions easier to answer and release.

When you shift a lot and often, certain elements of your physical and energetic system can get stuck. The Butterfly Release is used to help you shift through these stuck emotions. So named because of the butterfly-shaped skull bone it works on, the sphenoid bone, the Butterfly Release helps you shift more effectively, stop feeling stuck and can be used to tackle headaches.

Butterfly Release Instructions:

1. Take your middle and index finger on either hand and place them on either side of your head, at the outer edge of each eye socket.

2. Look at the picture and identify the purple section marked as sphenoid, next to the bright blue section marked zygomatic bone.

3. Move your fingers one finger width closer to your hairline and let them settle naturally into the depression or dip that you'll find there next to the zygomatic bone.

4. Apply medium pressure, pressing in on both sides for three minutes. You may want to rest your elbows on a table while you're applying pressure.
