Explanatory Notes

1.  The attached Table is divided into three Parts2, as follows:

Part I : Cotton Specific Development Assistance. This is assistance directly related to the cotton sector.

Part II : Agriculture and Infrastructure-Related Development Assistance. This is assistance related to cotton when provided under more general agricultural or infrastructure support programmes.

Part III : National Cotton Sector Focal Points. This Part provides the coordinates for focal points established by assistance beneficiaries for their engagement with the bilateral and multilateral development communities.
