Establishing sound foundations
In order to walk the path of Yoga in a proper and safe way developing the right spirit, it is essential to establish, strengthen and deepen our foundations in the Asanas practice. Foundations are like a dictionary where you can always go back to improve your learning process and understanding of the subject.
All classes will be taught according to the teachings of Yogacharya B.K.S.Iyengar.
