-Have a parent or sibling track your laps around the house for the minutes provided.

HOMEMADE ITEMS
Ball- balled up socks
Bowling pins = Cups/water bottles
Balloon- blow air into Ziplock bag
Dumbbells- water filled bottle

Jumping jacks, crab kick, push up, wall sit, lunge, L raises, plank, tornado/scissor jumps, mountain climbers
Relay Races: (equipment may vary depending on what you have at home, can be simple ex: race cars, action figures)
- Designate a starting spot, and distance. Challenge another member of your family to a relay race. - On the go signal, run down and grab 1 object at a time and run back to starting line.
**Variations: can run down grab object and toss into a small box before next person goes \
Bowling: (equipment again may vary depending on what you have around the house. Either 6 or 10 objects such as water bottles or a cup) set them up as 3 in the back, 2 in the middle 1 in the front ->- Designate a distance from the bowling targets/pins. - Roll ball trying to knock down all the objects **Variations: make easier or harder with distances, add more objects or pins for more of a challenge
Pillow Jump Challenge: PV record with photo verification was 9 pillows!!! If you think you can jump more pillows send us a picture or video as proof and you will hold then you will hold the Pillow Jump Record! ‘Jump On’
