1. Proven administration and co-ordination experience2. Excellent working knowledge of word, excel and outlook3. Proven experience of organising meetings and taking minutes4. Proven experience of using administration databases to a high level5. Excellent problem solving skills6. Able to multi-task in a highly organised, methodical manner7. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To work collaboratively with the strategic development lead to attend meetings and produce detailed planning documents to support the progress and tracking of development plans throughout the organisation
2. To communicate updates between the Board of Directors and Heads of Department when required, with guidance from the strategic development lead
3. To consolidate multiple risk reports on a weekly basis to a set timeframe4. To keep an up to date record of all meeting, committee and panel terms of reference within
the organisation and organise annual reviews of these5. To format policies to set standards and upload these to the intranet6. To be the point of contact for paperwork that needs to be archived throughout the
organisation and prepare the documents for scanning7. To assist in creating an indexing system for all archived files and to keep this up to date

8. To work on specific projects for the Quality, Safety and Culture team as and when directed, working with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times
9. To manage the group inbox, co-ordinate meetings, producing and circulating agendas and relevant papers prior to meetings, taking and distributing minutes and completing delegated action points
10. To manage own workload effectively ensuring that all tasks are fulfilled by required deadlines, whilst ensuring that you remain a positive advocate for Fair Ways and represent the company in a professional and competent manner.
11. To manage own personal and continuous professional development through self-assessment, supervision, training, and the acquisition of different learning opportunities
12. Any other duties as may be required by your line manager
