构有权在竞赛报名时、参赛评审过程中及竞赛评审结果确认前要求参赛报名机构提交原件资

料或其他方式进行验证，参赛报名方（机构或自然人）需自行承担因提交资料不真实或其他

原因造成的一切后果。 Note: 1. The participating entity（institution or natural person） must ensure the authenticity and

reliability of the submitted documents for registration. The Organizing Agent has the right to

request the originals of such documents in registration, during the evaluation and before the

confirmation of the evaluation results from the participant, or to verify the authenticity and

license revoked, qualification certificate cancelled, business suspended for rectification, assets taken

over or frozen or entered bankruptcy proceedings. This term is not applied to natural person.

四、本机构（本人）及其有隶属关系的机构没有参加本项目的前期工作、方案竞赛文件编写

等关联工作，本机构（本人）与方案竞赛主办单位无隶属关系或其他利害关系。 4. We and our affiliated institutions were not engaged in the preparatory work of the Project and the

document work of the international competition. We are not related to or have any conflict of

interest with the Organizer.

五、本机构（本人）保证本项目负责人本人（凭身份证或护照等有效证件）全程参与设计方

案征集工作及设计方案设计工作。 5. We warrant and represent that the project principal (with ID card or Passport etc.) will participate

in the whole process of the competition and schematic design.

六、本机构保证遵守“同一法定代表人的不同机构（含其母公司、全资子公司及其控股公

司），不得同时报名参与本竞赛项目”的要求，共同组成联合体参赛的除外。6. We warrant to comply with the following requirement: Different institutions with the same legal

representative (including parent company, wholly-owned subsidiaries and their holding company),

are not allowed to register for the Competition at the same time, except that they form a consortium

to do so.

位签订合同。7. If the participant is natural person and win the right to deepen his or her design, after he or she

must agree to sign the contract with the design entity that with legal personality and the organizer of

the competition.

本机构（本人）违反上述保证，或本声明陈述与事实不符，经查实，本机构（本人）愿意接

受公开通报，取消参赛资格，承担由此带来的法律后果。 If we violate the above commitment, or the Statement is found to contradict with the facts, we are

willing to, upon verification, accept public announcement on the misconduct, and get disqualified

from the Competition and bear the legal consequences arising therefrom.

Agreement of Consortium

（联合体各方名称）在国际金融论坛（IFF）永久会址建筑方案国际竞赛（项目编号：

0852-1961GZ02CL05）中组成联合体，共同参加竞赛。就本项目有关事宜，经各方充分协商

一致，达成如下协议： (Names of members of consortium) decide to register for the International Competition for

Architectural Design of International Finance Forum (IFF) Permanent Conference Site (0852-

1961GZ02CL05) as Consortium. The members of the Consortium, through full consultation, have

reached agreements on matters related to the Project as follows:

一、由 XX 为本次竞赛联合体主体方，XX 为协办方，组成联合体共同进行本项目的竞赛工

作。I. XX is the leading member, and XX is a supporting member of the Consortium, working together

for the Competition.

二、为本项目工作的主体方，联合体以主体方的名义参加竞赛，中标后，联合体各方共同与

采购人签订合同，就本项目对采购人承担连带责任。II. The Consortium registers for the Competition in the name of the leading member. After winning

the bid, the members shall sign a contract with the purchaser and bear joint and several liabilities for

the Project.

三、主体方负责工作，协办方负责工作。具体工作范围、工作内容以合同为准。III. The leading member is in charge of XX, and the supporting member of XX. For the specific

四、各方的责任、权利和义务的详细内容和规定在中标后经各方协商后报采购人同意另行签

through consultation, and enter into a separate agreement or contract upon the consensus of the

purchaser in this regard.

五、联合体各方不得再以自己的名义在本项目中单独竞赛，联合体项目责任人不能作为其他

联合体或单独参赛机构的项目组成员。如因发生上述问题而导致联合体竞赛无效的，联合体

其他成员可追究违约责任。V. Members of the Consortium are not allowed to register for the Competition again in their own

name, and the project principal of the consortium shall not be a member of any other consortium or

the project team of an independent participant. In case of any of the above-mentioned issues

rendering the consortium illegible for the competition, the defaulting member of the Consortium

may be held accountable for breach of contract.

六、如联合体未中标，本协议自动废止。VI. If the Consortium fails to win the bid, the Agreement shall be abolished automatically.
