Countries are transforming their economies to eradicate poverty, increase jobs and social equity, strengthen livelihoods and environmental stewardship, and sustain growth in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.

PAGE Overall Outcome:

- 8 countries initiated by end of 2015; - 3 countries initiated by end of 2016;- 2 additional countries initiated by end of 2017: Uruguay and Guyana;- remaining 7 to be added in coming 3 years.

First results can be seen in Senegal in the area of green jobs, Peru in the area of green jobs policies/green industry, and Mongolia in the area of sustainable public procurement

V. Inclusion of gender dimension in key policy documents

Some results for this indicator are emerging in Peru (Gender key consideration in national teleworking pact/strategy (to be adopted)) and Mauritius (Three-Year Strategic Plan)

VI. Private sector commitment documented

Initial results can be seen in Kyrgyz Republic, Senegal in public private partnerships, Mongolia for green finance and Mauritius for green bonds

VII. Mechanism for continued stakeholder involvement institutionalized

National Steering committees already established in Ghana, Senegal, Peru, South Africa, Mongolia and Mato Grosso, Brazil

Outcome 1: Countries have reinforced and integrated IGE goals and targets into SDG-aligned national economic and development planning through multi-stakeholder collaboration.
