We need to get a few details from you in order to send you the nanny best suited to your needs. Cathy will call you for this.

Depending on your requirements and the candidates' level of skills, qualifications and experience, as well as suburb, suggested salaries are from R2800 to R4800+ per month for a nanny.

Agency Terms and Fees :

* A R180 nonrefundable registration fee is payable prior to the receipt of CV’s. Should we arrange interviews and a you cancel, or no longer requires our services, the registration fee is forfeited.Banking details: Nedbank account number 109 625 8978 Branch 135 62 600

* Once you have interviewed the nannies, you will indicate which nanny you would like to come and work for you for a day. You will need to pay the nanny R180. This trial can be for a maximum of three days at R 180 per day.

* A nanny may only start to work in a permanent position once the agency fee has been paid otherwise she will be booked for other interviews.

* Interviews can be conducted at our office in town or at your home. A transport rebate of R30 is to be refunded to the nanny after an interview has taken place.

Permanent Placements: Terms and Conditions

* Permanent Placements: Staff Placements charge a once off placement fee of 10% (no VAT is charged) of the total annual salary of a nanny placed with the client.

* A registration fee of R180 is payable on registration.

* Nannies earn a market related salary which is between R2800 and R4500+ per month for a full time role (equivalent 5 working days) and a minimum of R1600 for a part time role (i.e. 2 working days per week.)

* The nanny’s experience, skills and transport costs do influence her salary band.

* A full placement fee is applicable in the event of the client engaging any Staff Placement Nanny applicant within a twelve (12) month period on receipt of the applicants profile document of an interview has been arranged and attended by the client or any party to whom the client might have introduced the applicant too.

* Payment is due within 7 days on receipt of invoice however all fees become due for payment when the nanny introduced commences employment. Should the invoice not be settled by due date, Staff Placements will request that the “placed candidate” not return to work until settlement has been made or we find the candidate new employment.

* Subject to the full fee paid on or before the due date, Staff Placements offers a full replacement guarantee, for 3 months (90 days) from start of employment. Failure to pay on by the due date will render the guarantee void.

* If the nanny referred by Super Nannies leaves within a 90 day period (3 months) from starting date, Staff Placement Nannies will replace the same position free of charge. However, if the client does not validate the SLA in the first fifteen (15) days of employment, even if the nanny leaves the clients employment within the guarantee period, the client will not be entitled to receive replacement candidates.
