A B S T R A C T

The abstract must be written in English (American spelling and usage), the SI system for measurements and units and should not exceed 250 words (3-5 keywords). Abstract should outline the purpose of the article, method of the research, data and main results. The abstract must be single paragraph, single line spacing, typed in Times New Roman, 12 points (bold for title) fully justified, alignment in block, spacing 1,0). Full papers submitted at the conference would be made available only in the electronic format of the Proceedings.

1. INTRODUCTIONThe full papers should clearly describe the

background of the subject, the authors’ contribution, including the methods used, results and concluding discussion on the importance of the work from both scholarly and managerial perspectives.

Papers must be written in English within 12 pt Times New Roman. The text should be justified. The Full Paper including figures, tables and references must have a minimum length of 6 pages and cannot exceed 15 pages.

Do not change the predefined formatting settings in this document (such as paper size, orientation, margins, typeface, size, indents, spacing, headings, etc.).

2. MATERIALS AND METHODS2.1 General

EquationsEquations must be written preferably with the

same word processor used for the rest of the text, without hand written symbols in order to aid legibility.

Equations must be numbered sequentially with their numbers in parenthesis and right justified., do not use Print Screen or jpg format. For example:

2.2 Synthesis of compound 1Tables and figures must be embedded in the paper text, close to the location of their first appearance. All tables and figures must be referred to in text as follows: Figure 1, Table 1, i.e. ‘As seen in Table [or Figure] 1 ...’ (not tab., fig. or Fig). All figures must be numbered in the order in which they appear in the paper (e.g.

3. Results & Discussion 3.1 Subheading1The whole citation should follow the APA style, enclosed within parentheses (author surname, year) if not a natural part of the surrounding sentence; the year should be enclosed within parentheses if the names do form a natural part of the surrounding sentence. Citations of works by two authors should have ‘&’ between the names.

3.2 Subheading2Citations of works by three or more authors should have the first author followed by et al in italics with no trailing stop. The figure size should fit either one or two columns format. (Boonchuay et al., 2018; Cheung, Leksawasdi, & Doran, 2018; Wang et al., 2019)
