publishing. from automating business card production to managing campaigns in which dealers

or national subsidiaries customise predefined advertising material with their own products,

prices and contact details.

The editor is easy to use even for non-professio-nals. It presents a clear overview of the project at hand, its individual images and text elements.

Document approval is clearly structured by the integrated workflow management process.

Each template incorporates its own definition of which elements can be changed and how. This ensures that central guidelines are complied with, yet allows the maximum freedom for individual adaptation.

Variable text elements can be edited conveniently and can be restricted to the typographic design options planned for the template. For example, address data are automatically pre-completed depending on the user.

Designers can use our editor to define templates of almost any complexity level. Both the in vari able parts and the rules and dependencies under which users can align the variable parts are predefined. The solution is always based on standard technologies such as Adobe InDesign Server.
