WEB ORDERING MANUAL
Home Page
In a glance you can see a summary of all the activities going on in the website. You can search a
desired product item directly from the home page by entering the product no or a string in the
Search block and then click ‚Submit‛ button.
You can also place an order directly by entering the product item no and the Quantity in the
Quick Order Block at the home page and click ‚Order‛ button. Clicking ‚More Items‛ button will
take you to the Quick Order page which is explained going forward.
Last five orders processed are also displayed on the home page which gives you an opportunity to
find your previously processed order easily and reorder the same order.
Clicking the reorder button will take you to the Current order page wherein you can fill the
necessary details and place the same order again.
The right navigation area displays some of the most frequently used links like Requisition List and
Order Status which displays the status of all the orders placed by you.
Current Order Widget in the right navigation area displays the list of last five orders items in the
cart.
Clicking on the delete icon will delete the particular product item from the current order list.
Clicking on the ‚Show More ‚link will take you to the Current order page where in you can place
an order.
You can view the complete list of requisition lists by clicking ‚Requisition List‛ link at the right
navigation as shown below:
‚Billing Invoices‛ link allows the user to view all the invoices generated in a particular period of
time by using date filtering option.
Current Order widget displays last five orders in the system. ‚Show More‛ link will take you to the
Current Order page. Clicking on the delete icon will delete that particular order.
Requisition List widget displays the list of last five requisition lists which may be shared or private.
Clicking on the name of the Requisition List will take you to the Edit Requisition List page which
is explained in detail going forward.
‚Create New Requisition List‛ button will take you to the New Requisition List page where you
can create new Requisition Lists and assign them as <Private> for own-used only, <Shared> for all
user within same organization.
How to Create New Requisition list
To create a requisition list, click on the ‘Create New Requisition List’ button in the right
navigation area as shown below.
Clicking on the ‘Create New Requisition list’ button will take you to the ‚New Requisition List‛
page as shown below:
Enter Requisition list name and Select Type of Requisition, <Private> for own-used only,
<Shared> for all users within same organization.
Clicking on the ‚Import Excel Values‛ button will open a new browser window which will allow
you to paste the product numbers directly from the excel sheet.
Open the excel sheet and select maximum 30 product numbers and click copy option.
Then paste these product numbers in the browser window as shown below which has opened by
clicking the ‚Import Excel Values‛ button.
Clicking click here button will automatically paste these values back in the New Requisition list
page as shown below.
Please note that we have a serial number associated with every item in the requisition list.
After filling in all the details as mentioned above, you need to click on the ‘Save’ button.
Clicking on the save button will take you to the Edit Requisition List Page.
1.1 Edit Requisition list
Clicking on the name of the requisition list, will take you to the Edit Requisition page as shown
below.
You can change the requisition list’s name by clicking ‚Change Name‛ button.
On this page you can also change the type of the requisition list by selecting the appropriate
(Shared/Private) from the drop down.
You can delete one or more product items from your list by checking the adjacent check box and
then clicking the ‚Remove Selected‛ button.
Product items can be imported directly from the Excel sheet by clicking ‚Import Excel Values‛
button.
You can add more items in your list by clicking ‚Import Excel Values‛ button again and following
the same process as described in the above section.
To place an order as per above created requisition list, enter a quantity more than 0 for the
products which need to be ordered then click on the ‘Place Order’ button.
1.2 View Requisition List
You can view the requisition lists owned by you or the whole list by clicking ‚Requisition List‛
link at the right navigation as shown below:
Clicking the ‚Requisition List‛ link will open the following page:
You can select either ‚All Lists‛ or ‚Lists own by me‛ option from the view type drop down to
either view the whole list of ‚requisition lists‛ or only those requisition lists which are owned by
you.
One or more requisition lists can be deleted by clicking the adjacent ‚Remove‛ button.
You can also go to the ‚Create Requisition list‛ page from this page by clicking the ‚Create New
Requisition list‛ button.
How to place Quick Order
If you know the product numbers for all the products for which you are going to place an order in
the store, then use the quick order method. To use the quick order method, click on the Quick
Order link in the top navigation area as shown below:
Once you click on the Quick Order link, you will see the following screen:
Enter the product number and the quantity required for each of the products. You can also copy
the product numbers and the quantity directly from the Excel sheet by clicking the ‚IMPORT
EXCEL VALUES‛ button.
If you are going to enter more than 32 products, enter all the 32 products first and then click on
‚MORE ITEMS‛ button.
As you click ‚MORE ITEMS‛ button more empty input boxes will be added, then again click
IMPORT EXCEL VALUES‛ button to import more than 32 product numbers on the same page.
To place the order, click on the ‚Order‛ button. The rest of the process to complete the order is
similar to the order process used earlier.
Browse Catalog Groups
As shown below the catalog groups are available easily at the top of the screen for easy navigation:
Click on Decentralized Solutions Category and you will see all the subcategories available under
that catalog category. All the subcategories are sorted by Name.
Click on any of the above listed subcategories to browse and see which products are available
under that subcategory. Please note that all the products are sorted by ‘Name’.
Clicking on any product link will take you to the product display page. Click on ‚Accutrend Chol
Control 1‛ in order to reach at product display page as shown below:
You can enter the quantity in the QTY input box and click ‚Order‛ button to order this product
item.
Finding a Product and placing order
To find a particular product within the store front, click on Advanced Search link in the top
navigation area as follows:
Clicking on the Advanced Search link will take the you to the screen as shown below:
On the search screen enter ‚cobas‛ and select ‚Serum Work Area: CC cobas c/Integra HIA
Reagents‛ from the ‚Search in Category‛ dropdown.
The result set for ‚cobas‛ and Category : ‚Serum Work Area: CC cobas c/Integra HIA Reagents‛
search should show the following search result page:
Note: the search will be called if either we click on the ‘Submit’ button or press ‘Enter’ key
The Search Term and Category that are selected for the search are displayed on the search result
page. By default the search results are sorted by ‚Product Name‛ field.
The search results can also be sorted by ‘Product Code’ by clicking on the link ‘Product Code‛
heading.
If you want to order multiple products at a time, you can enter quantity in the QTY input boxes
adjacent to the product names and click ‚order‛ button.
Local pack size field for Korea website is fetched from SAP and displayed in Web at the following
pages:
o Sub category page
o Product detail page
o Search list page
o Shopping cart page
o Order confirmation page
o Order Detail page
o Order print page
o Order email page
o Requisition list page
Clicking on any product link in the search results page will take you to the product display page as
shown below.
Search for a Product and Place an Order
To place an order, simply search for a product you need either by a search string or by a product
number. From the search results page, select the product. Then enter the quantity and click on the
ORDER button.
Clicking on the ‚Order‛ button from the Product display page (as above) or the Search Results
page both will take you to the Current Order Page as shown below.
You can either ‘Select All’ or ‘Select Partially’ to remove the selected product items from your cart
by clicking on the ‘Remove Selected Items’ button.
Note that ‚I accept the terms and conditions‛ checkbox is not enabled in the Korea’s website.
The Shipping Options Section:
Clicking the ‚Same as Ship To‛ check box selects the same address for the ‚End Customer‛ as for
Ship To field.
Click on the calendar icon to open the Date Picker as shown below:
Click on a particular date to populate the year, month and day field with the selected date
NOTE: The default Sales Office is selected based on the organization of the logon user.
The End Customer is a required/mandatory field.
The Instructions section of the same page:
Once you fill out all the necessary details. Click on‛ EXPRESS CHECKOUT‛ button.
You will now see the Order Summary Page as shown below; here you can specify the Purchase
Order Number, End Customer Purchase Order Number and the Order Type. Please notice that
the price is displayed for each of the items. If no price is available for a given product ‚No Price
Available‛ message is displayed against each item for which no price is available.
Please note that Purchase Order Number is mandatory and can not be more than 35 characters
long.
Once you enter the required information on the page, click on ‚ORDER NOW‛ button to place
the order.
Clicking on ‚ORDER NOW‛ button will take you to the Order Confirmation page which is as
shown below.
Please notice that the price is displayed for each of the items. If no price is available for a given
product ‚No Price Available‛ message is displayed against each item for which no price is
available.
Note: User can not enter duplicate Purchase Order number for the same distributor.
This completes the order and an email notifying process and the order is sent to the buyer’s email
Id which was provided at the time of registration. (As shown below) and can be reached by
clicking on the ‘Account’ link in the main top menu. An email is sent to the country-specific email
group.
Please note that the subject of the email would be in the following format
RDxx Order:<OrderId>,PO:<Purchase Order>,SP:<Sold-To-Party>,EC:<End Customer Name>
where xx is country-specific initials.
Sales Office details are also displayed on the Order Confirmation page.
Sr No/Line item no in the Product description block gives an idea to the user about the number of
products have been added in one particular order.
Print button allows the user to preview and print the details of his order as shown below.
Note: Please take note of the order number for the order you placed. You will need it later.
If you know the product numbers for all the products for which you are going to place an order in

Previous Orders
You can check the previous orders by clicking on the Order Status link in the right navigation area
as shown below:
Note that ‚Inventory List‚link is only available in the Korea’s website.
Clicking on Order Status link takes you to the Order Status Page as shown below.
By default the orders are sorted by ‘Order Number’ but they can also be sorted by ‚Order Date‛,
‘End Customer’ and ‘Ship To’ fields by clicking on the respective heading.
Only orders with status ‚SAP orders completed‛ would display in white color and rest all will be
displayed in green color.
The status of the order at the SAP is now reflected in the web.
End Customer and Ship To information of every order is displayed.
The statuses of an order header can now be SAP Order Created, SAP Order Processing, and SAP
Order Completed.
You can click on the Re-order button, to place the same order again. Once you click on the ‚Re-
order‛ button, you will be taken to the Current Order Page where the process for placing the order
is same as the one explained before.
By default it shows the latest invoice but you can click on the other invoice number to view the
invoice of that order.
Date filtering functionality enables a user to view the previously processed orders between the
chosen dates.
Checking the desired checkbox and then clicking the ‚Export Order Details‛ button exports all the
order details related to the selected order numbers.
User can also check the top most checkbox to automatically check all the subsequent checkboxes
and then export details of all the listed order numbers at a time.
Pagination enables a user to view the previous order numbers listed in other pages.
Clicking on the print icon will take you to the Order Invoice page as shown below.
Clicking on the ‚Export to Excel‛ link will open an Excel View of that Order Invoice.
You can click on the Order Number link at the Order Status page to see the details of the order
you have placed earlier as shown below:
The statuses of order item can now be Rejected, Shipped, Partially Shipped, Back Order, Item
Created, Delivery In Process
Please notice that the price is displayed for each of the items. If no price is available for a given
product ‚No Price Available‛ message is displayed against each item for which no price is
available.
Sales Office details are also displayed on the Order Confirmation page.

Billing Invoices
Clicking on the Billing Invoice link under the useful Links (right Nav) will take you to the Billing
Invoice page as follows:
At this page user can filter the Billing Invoices as per the date selected.
Clicking on the ‚Export Invoice Details‛ button will open the an excel sheet displaying the
invoices according to the dates selected which is as shown below:
By default the Invoices generated on the current day are displayed.
Logout from the Store
To logout from the store, clink on the logout button in the top navigation area as shown below.
Close the browser.
