5PURPOSEThe purpose of introducing Book Adventure is to explore the interest of reading with the help of information and communication technology in the library.

Web based learning tools have given new interest to the students to inculcate reading habits.

6 WHY THIS THEME?We all know that it is nearly impossible to accurately predict the future but we can identify trends and they only can help us to understand what the future might bring. Awareness of trends and having an understanding of trends in our own field definitely help us to actively plan for our work and for the work which we do for the communities we serve, we get opportunities to experiment with these which can better enable us to envision the integral role we can play in the future. Keeping up-to date with changes is very important for all of us but especially for those working in school libraries.
