We have our own registeredcharity, Barchester’s CharitableFoundation. The Foundation isdedicated to making a differenceto older and disabled people in the communities where ourhomes operate.

We give grants to help reduce isolationand loneliness, promote group activitiesand generally improve people’sindependence, mobility and quality oflife. We aim to give grants that will helppeople lead more fulfilled lives andreach their full potential.

Our grants are one-off gifts and rangefrom £100 up to £5,000.

This year our focus is about connecting or re-connecting people with others in their local community. Applications that combatloneliness and enable people to be active and engaged, will receive our highest priority.

Whether you’re baking, buying, raffling orsomething completely different, we hope youenjoy Barchy Bear’s fundraising events!
