Retail CommissionEvolv Members have the ability to maximize their commissions by simply selling Evolv products to individual customers. You can sign them up on Autoship or simply sell them individual products. It is that easy. Direct them to your replicated website and they can purchase directly from you without you handing over product. It is all tracked for you. If they signup on Autoship they get the benefit of paying for the product at the wholesale price. If a Customer does not want Autoship they can purchase the product at full retail price. Here are the details:

• To receive retail commissions you must first become a Member and sign up a customer. You do not need to place a qualifying order or have any PV to receive retail commissions.

• The bonus pays directly to the enroller in a tiered structure based on the amount of product your customer orders within a rolling 4 week period.. See the chart below.

One, Two, FREE!Evolv not only offers retail commissions but we offer Members and Customers alike the opportunity to receive their products for FREE. The 1, 2, FREE! program allows you to receive your product for free by simply signing up 3 Customers or Preferred Customers on the same PV or higher PV package. It is that easy. There are a couple of qualifications that must be met in order to receive your product free. • You must be a Member or Customer on an Autoship of at least $100 to qualify for this bonus. • A Qualifying Customer must have ordered at least $100 in product (shipping and taxes not included) in the 4 commission weeks prior to your Autoship date. • You must have 3 or more Qualifying Customers who have product purchases that total more than $100 in the four weeks prior to your Autoship running. The system divides the total of all of your Qualifying Customers orders, and divides by 3. If the resulting number is not greater than or equal to your Autoship, simply round down to the nearest $100 to calculate your discount. • The product must be sold to Customers or Preferred Customers through your replicated website. This does not apply to products sold to Customers through any other means. • Shipping and Taxes are not covered and are not included in the calculation. The Member or Customer is responsible for those charges. • A maximum of $300.00 will be covered on your next Autoship order. If you have 3 or more Qualifying Customers whose orders total at least $900, you will qualify for the full $300! • No volume will be credited to you for any free product you receive. Any partial credits for products will apply a percentage of the amount that was credited for the product price to the PV and apply the correct amount.

You can only qualify for Free product once every 4 commission weeks.

How it works:

Example 1: You have four Qualifying Customers whose orders total over $100. The system divides the total of all of your Qualifying Customer’s orders and divides by three. Since the total is equal to or greater than your Autoship order, you get your entire $150 Autoship for FREE! (excluding taxes and shipping)

Example 2: You have three Qualifying Customers whose orders total over $100. However, that total divided by 3 is not equal or greater than your Autoship order. The system rounds that total down to the nearest $100, and deducts that from your Autoship. Example 3: Does not Qualify - Need three Qualifying Customers.

Fast Start BonusWe want to make sure you are getting credit for enrolling other Members. We created the Fast Start Bonus for just that reason. Now you can get paid a commission based on the purchases by a personally sponsored new Member in their first 4 commission weeks after enrolling in Evolv. You heard us right. A percent-age of the PV on any purchases by a new Member in their first 4 commission weeks will be paid directly to you.

• You can earn between 10% and 15% of the BV purchased. • In order to earn the higher percentage (15%) you can do one of three things. Purchase greater than 160 PV,

reach Evolv 500 within 7 days of joining Evolv (Evolv 500 Rank) or subscribe to Premier eCenter. • The bonus only applies to personally enrolled Members. • In addition, 100% of the volume from Fast Start Orders will be placed in the Binary Tree and your enrollment

genealogy.

Pay Team CommissionThe Evolv Wealth Plan has much more to offer. The plan includes another great way to earn commissions: Pay Team Commissions. Pay Team Commissions incorporate a two leg based structure that allows you to place Members you enroll on either your Binary left or right side. Your sponsor or anyone above you in the binarystructure can place people below you as well. You will be paid a commission based on the volume of your Pay Team Leg. Your Pay Team is defined as the team, left or right that has the lesser amount of volume..

• Must have one Member personally Enrolled and Qualified on both your Right and Left binary legs in order to receive Pay Team Commissions.

• A Member’s Pay Team Commission is calculated by multiplying 10% by the volume in your Pay Team Leg or your Pay Team Volume (PTV).

• A Member must have a qualifying order of at least 80 PV within this and the previous 3 weeks to receive Pay Team Commissions.

• There is a minimum PTV requirement of 300 PTV in order to receive Pay Team Commission. • Any volume considered in the PTV will be matched with volume from the opposite leg and both volumes will

be flushed once the commission is paid. • A Pay Team Individual Cap is in place for this bonus. If a Member hits a Pay Team Individual Cap (see definitions

section) any volume over the cap in the PTV will be flushed and considered paid. • Any excess volume on the non-PTV leg that is not matched and paid on will accrue and be considered Carry

Over Volume (COV, see definitions section). • Any volume generated by a Customer of a Customer rolls to the enrolling Member’s PV. For example, if Sally

sells retail product to James and James sells retail product to Wanda the volume from the product sale to Wanda will be applied to Sally’s PV. If Sally’s PV is already at or above 160 PV the volume will be applied to her Pay Team Volume.

Evolv DrivenThe Evolv Wealth Plan is based on helping people Evolv both their Health and their Wealth. Most companies force their Members to buy or lease a car that may be beyond their financial means. With Evolv, we give you a choice soyou can make a decision that is right for you! Supplement your existing car or join our exclusive Evolv Driven program!

Members that are badge title Emerald or above are eligible to receive a monthly Evolv Driven Bonus. The amount of the award is based on their 4 week qualifications.

Bonus Level 1 Bonus Level 2 Bonus Level 3$600 per month towards a Benz or Bentley or $400 toward current vehicle, when Member achieves in the 4 week period. Must be paid as Emerald. Must hit that rank once during 4 week cycle.

$1200 per month toward a Benz or Bentley or $800 toward current vehicle. Must be paid as Blue Diamond. Must hit that rank once during each 4 week cycle to receive the payment.

$3000 per month toward a Benz or Bentley. Must be paid as Visionary Ambassador. Must hit that rank once during 4 week cycle.

To qualify you must be paid at your Qualified Rank one of 4 commission weeks in each four week period. The first 4 commission week volume period begins 3 commission weeks prior to you hitting the rank qualification. For example, if you hit Ruby in the 6th week of the year you would count that week and the 3 previous commission weeks as your first 4 week period. After the first period is set all 4 commission week periods will be based off that cycle. When one ends the next one begins. It is NOT based on a rolling 4 commission week period. When you reach a qualification rank you will be eli-gible to receive either a cash supplement towards your current car payment . . . or . . . if you wish to lease or purchase a Mercedes Benz or Bentley the bonus will increase to the amount shown in the above chart.

*Once a Member is qualified to receive the Car Award, they need to submit the specified paperwork to the company. Once it has been approved, the Member will begin receiving the award. They will not, however, receive any award for previous months for which they were qualified, but had not received the final approval from the company.

Matching BonusAgain, the Evolv Wealth Plan offers another phenomenal way to get paid. Members can earn a Matching commission on personal enrollees and their downline. Matching pays a percentage based on the Binary Commission check of those personally enrolled by the Member and their team.

• Member must have a qualifying order of at least 80 PV within the current and the previous 3 commission weeks and be paid as an Evolv 2K or higher. Once Evolv 10K is acquired, Member must have a qualifying order of at least 160 PV within this and the previous 3 weeks.

• The Personal Check Match bonus is paid based on a fixed percentage % of the personally enrolled downline’s Pay Team Commission earnings in the week.

• The personal bonus is paid on Members of all ranks.• The check match is based on the first $5000 in Pay Team Commissions earned.• Generational Check Match is paid on a minimum check amount of $30. • The Generational Check Match is based on generations. A generation is determined by analyzing each of your

enrollment legs and ends when a Evolv 5K is found in your enrollment Genealogy. Anyone between you and that Evolv 5K are considered your 1st generation (not including personal enrollments).

Our Members deserve to be recognized and awarded for reaching higher ranks in the Evolv Wealth Plan. This is why we included Rank Advancement Bonuses. These bonusesare one-time bonuses paid to a Member beginning at Emerald. The chart below shows the advancement bonuses and additional details on this payment method.

Leader PoolsEvolv Members, as soon as they reach the rank of Ruby, are eligible to share in the overall Commissionable Volume of the company through our Elite and Ambassador Leader Pools. This is a great way for Members to receive additional bonuses for being paid at their badge title.

Elite Leader Pool (ELP):Two percent (2%) of the Company’s Commissionable Volume CV for each commission week is put into an Elite Leader Pool (ELP) and is paid to qualifiedMembers (Members at or above Ruby) based on the number of shares they earn. Each week a Member (qualified for the ELP) is paid at their badge title, the Member will receive the following number of shares: Ruby –1, Emerald – 2, Diamond – 3 and Blue Diamond – 4.

The value of a share is determined by dividing the two percent (2%) of the Company’s CV in the ELP, for that commission period, by the total number of shares earned by all Members in the ELP during that commission period. The per share amount is then multiplied, times the number of shares each Member earned, to determine the amount of money the Member will receive for the ELP during that commission week. Shares reset each week and new shares must be earned based on the above criteria.

Ambassador Leader Pool (DSP):One percent (1%) of the Company’s Commissionable Volume CV for each commission week is put into an Ambassador Leader Pool (ALP) and is paid to qualified Members (Members at or above Ambassador) based on the number of shares they earn. Each week a Member (qualified for the ALP) is paid at their badge title, the Member will receive shares based on their rank: Ambassador - 1, Visionary Ambassador - 2, H.O.P.E. Ambassador - 3.

The value of a share is determined by dividing the one percent (1%) of the Company’s CV in the ALP, for that com-mission period, by the total number of shares earned by all Members in the ALP during that commission period. QualificationisbasedonPaid-astitlewhichiscalculatedeachweekbasedonthecurrentandpreviousthreecommissionweeks(4commissionweeks).AMemberisqualifiedforatitleorpayoutiftheymeetalloftherequirementsofthetitle.Therequirementsfortheirpaid-astitlearebasedonafourweekrollingperiod.

AnypersonallyenrolledMemberandtheirentiredownlinewhereatleastonepersoninthelegisqualifiedtobepaid-asaspecifiedtitlepositionorhigheratleastonceduringthefourweekrollingperiod,asspecifiedinthecompensationplanrequirements.Thus,foranRubywhomusthavetwoqualifiedEvolv500Legs(orhigher),theremustbeatleastonepersonqualifiedasaEvolv500orhigherineachofthetwolegs.Tobequalifiedatanyrankortitle,weonlyconsiderthePaid-Astitle.

WhenaMemberachievesEmeraldoraboveforthefirsttime,theywillreceiveaRankAdvancementBonus.IfaMemberachievesbothtitlesinthesamecommissionperiod(forthefirsttime,eachtitle),thentheywillreceivethehigherbonusonly.

IfaMemberiscanceledorresigns,theymayrequestreinstatementatanytimeand,ifapproved,willbereinstatedundertheiroriginalEnrollerintheEnrollmentGenealogy.TheirdownlineorganizationwillnotbereinstatednortheirprevioustitleorspotintheBinaryGenealogy.TheywillbeconsideredanewMemberforallintentsandpurposes.IfaMemberwishestojoinunderadifferentsponsor,theymustwaitforaminimumofsixmonthsafterterminationbeforereapplyingandwillstartasanewMember,withouttheirformerdownlineandtitle.
