of KESHERDEO & Co. and SUJATA TEXTILE

MILLS. With decades of quality experience, we

star ted expor ting readymade cotton knitted

garments globally under the brand name of

R.S.D. FASHIONS.

We manufacture & expor t 100% COTTON

KNITTED HOSIERY / POPLIN / FLANNEL

Readymade Garments from INDIA. We have a

capacity to produce 200,000 pieces per month at

our facility at Tirupur.

Our diverse product range includes men’s, ladies

& children’s t-shirts, knitted nightwear, pajamas,

polo t-shirts, short sets, singlets, pullovers,

underwear, etc., in various types of colours,

prints & embroideries.

Our garments are available in countries like

Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Croatia, Czech

Republic, Serbia, Ukraine, Russia etc.

Infrastructure

Embroidery Section

Our Printing unit is facilitated with Conver tional,

Rotary, Reactive Discharge and Multi colour chest

printing. The Rotary printing machine produces 2500

Kgs/day. The Garment chest printing machine

produces 10000 pcs/day.

We have a splendid range of embroidery to suit any

styles, any garments as you have an option to choose

from a wide range, designs & colours which are fully

computer aided, fully automatic machines which

enable the most rare embroideries upto 12 colours &

applique work.

Cutting Section

Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A

Garment can’t be made without cutting. In our firm

cutting is done by the persons who are perfectly

skilled and keeping in mind. We have modern hand

cutter and pattern cutting machines.

Stitching Section

For stitching of garments we have 200 machines. The

over lock and flat lock machines are from Pegasus-

Japan and lock stitch are from Juki-Japan. All the

machines are fixed with auto thread trimming and

dust collection.

Checking Section

The finished garment is then subject to a

thorough check by skilled supervisors, even the

smallest defect is not overlooked.

Ironing Section

As this is the final figuring of a Garment, we take

maximum care. We have a experienced team of

checkers who under go checking in three stages.

Initial / middle & Final. There are three filters to filter

the garment before it reaches the Ironing Division.

We buy our Packing Materials from leading suppliers

and professional providers to Garment Exporters. We

use only Oeko Tex certified labels produced from fully

computerized labeling machines.
