Background

WE Fashion is a fashion retail chain with 228 stores in 6 European countries.

WE wants to position itself more as a fashion brand instead of a clothing store.

Brand vision: “With WE you can express your (desired) personality in any social role.”

Throughout the year, there are different campaign periods and 10 different collection highlights.

The existing website lacked the flexibility to integrate the variable campaign and collection related content in a consistent, branded look and feel.

Objectives

Develop a new website for WE Fashion that: adds emotion to the WE brand increases fashion credibility generates store traffic generates online sales (WE made by ME) offers career opportunities and press releases

Strategy

The website consists of three parts:

campaign part:

start a conversation with consumers about their multiple roles and emotionsand how WE helps them express themselves through these roles and emotions

collection part:

help consumers express their multividuality through collection highlights and style advice

corporate part:

communicate press releases and career opportunities
