Together with our partner Estun Robotics, we built 2 new production halls, each with 5000 square meters of production space and 30 office workstations. On this basis, we build complex automation systems and assembly lines for the Asian region as well as testing lines for the metal and plastics industry. In addition to our own plant production with research & development in the area of intelligent manufacturing systems, we have a Service Center including Warehouse for spare parts at our new location in Nanjing.

We know how valuable the data from your production are! The processing of several hundred measured values per second is just as self-evident as the operation on a highAvailability Cluster.

Traceability

The M.A.i process control system offers the possibility to record all data during production and to assign it to your product by means of a unique part number and / or ticket number.

You have the possibility to create parts life sequen-ces, visualize defects of products and, of course, a variety of ways to export the data, e.g. as csv, xml or directly to an MES.
