working relationship with its clients.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) We will charge only Half Salary of the gross Salary of selected candidate+ Direct and

Indirect Service Tax as per Government norms from the Company.

2) The payment should be made within 30 days from the date of joining of the

candidate

3) In the event of appointed candidate leaving the job within 90 days of joining, only for

that candidate we shall provide Two time replacement from the next suitable person

originally short-listed or any other appropriate candidate.

4) If company will terminate the candidate for any reason than SARDAR PLACEMENT is

not liable for replacement.

5) The Company will be liable to inform us immediately on Selection of any

Candidate

6) We require 3 days to shortlist candidates for your any kind of requirement.

7) All the payment is to be made in favor of SARDAR PLACEMENTS

8) In event of any dispute arising between the parties, the jurisdiction will be Rajkot.

9) If our forwarded Candidate Join with your Organization within 1Year, We will

charge Half salary of Selected candidate as per our Terms and Condition.

10) We also take charge from candidate side.

11) SARDAR PLACEMENT does not guarantee for candidate's error, behavior, attitude

and omission. Employer has to verify all the details and background of the candidates

before placing him.

12) You are requested to give us written approval of our TERMS & CONDITION.

We have read and understood all of the above Terms and Conditions and hereby agree to work with SARDAR PLACEMENT on this basis.
