We are Celtra!
Straight from the source
“Working on the AdCreator; it is hands down the
best, most complex product in the field out there.”
On his favorite part about working at Celtra
“I have always loved to dance and perform!
In fact, my first dance recital was at 2 years old.”
On one of the many things that she loves to do
Giuseppe Furcolo,
Sr. Product Designer,
New York
Monica Leal Crombe,
Inside Sales Rep,
Media Partnerships,
Boston
“I love the company culture. I love that the company
cares about the wellness of their employees and
how Maja always checks in to see how everyone is
doing; it’s very personal.”
On her life at Celtra
“One word excited! When I came into the NYC
office to interview, the atmosphere was vibrant,
energetically charged with innovation and hungry
talent yearning to learn.”
On joining the Celtra team
Gloria Wu,
Office Manager,
New York
Chris Contreras,

“Lots of my previous co-workers had accents, people
at my university had accents, and my family mem-
bers have accents. I think Celtra felt familiar to me
because of the accents and the international vibe
that’s been so consistent in my life.”
On one of his favorite things about working at Celtra
“I don’t know if this is funny or not, but let’s give it a
shot. I have a terrible sense direction, but I still always
just go in general direction of my goal, rather that
using a map. Sometimes this can lead to situations
where I almost end on a highway with my bike.”
On his not-so-strong suit
Peter Frutts Aldana,
Office Manager,
San Francisco
Marko Čavdek,
Software Developer,
Ljubljana
“The on-boarding process has been terrific. On day
one I had all the tools that I needed to start working.
I appreciate all the effort that Celtra makes cross
departments to ensure new hires understand the
different facets of Celtra and the ad-tech sector.
It adds meaning to the proactive culture that Celtra
talks about.”
On his on boarding at Celtra
“My first day was almost a culture shock! I came
from a big corporation, so I was not used to an
employee-focused culture at all. I couldn’t believe
the abundance of healthy food, fresh flowers, and
espresso - my three favorite things! There were
also three birthdays within my first two weeks, so I
was convinced we had cake every couple days (my
fourth favorite thing).”
On joining the Celtra team
Will Leach,
Accounting Manager,
Boston
Courtney Cannon Booth,
Executive Assistant,
Boston
“I noticed there are a lot of tall people here
(I’m 5’4”).”
On unique observations when starting in SF
“Fun Fact: I was on Oprah once.
(I know, its a good one)”
On his 15 minutes of fame
Benjamin Robertson,
Account Executive,
Brand and Agency
Partnerships,
New York
Rosa Trieu,
Technical Writer,
San Francisco

“I liked the overall look of the offices, especially the
meeting room where breakfasts are held. It is comfy!”
On first impressions of the office
“I surprise most people with my vast knowledge of
90s hip-hop lyrics.”
On something you may not have guessed
Marko Pušnik,
Software Developer,
Ljubljana
Cristy Ebert,
VP Marketing,
New York
“The team at Celtra really does feel like a “team”.
When shadowing and pair programming, everyone
has a constructive attitude and shows the utmost
respect for their peers. When learning about the
platform and filling knowledge gaps, there’s no such
thing as a bad question and everyone wants to see
you succeed. It’s just a great environment to be in!”
On his experience joining the team
“I have never worked anywhere where customers
are so overwhelmingly in love with a company, from
the products to the people. Every time I speak with
customers, I get a new rush. It is truly amazing.”
On his favorite thing about working at Celtra
Alex Litty,
Software Engineer,
San Francisco
Alex Saric,
CMO,
New York
“I chopped down a big pine tree with an axe when
on holiday in Norway this summer. If you’ve ever
tried to chop down a tree with an axe you will be
impressed by this fact.”
On an interesting accomplishment
“I like to karaoke, I’m a terrible singer and I usually
don’t know the lyrics. But I don’t care, just pass
me a mic. My go to artists: Red Hot Chili Peppers,
Nirvana, Jay-Z and once in a while I’ll put on some
Disney songs.”
On one of the things that she thoroughly enjoys
Maria Hercules,
Director Customer
Success EMEA,
London
Wen Vo,
Sr. Account Manager,
Singapore

Boston, MA
With the corporate office located in the heart of Boston, there is quite a mix of team vibes and personalities,
creating a relaxing, productive and entertaining atmosphere, day in and day out!
In Q2, we had the pleasure of honoring our very own Megan St. Ledger with a team lunch which followed the
announcement of the Peer Award! Among an array of smaller gatherings and birthdays, we also celebrated
one of Celtra’s pillars, Dekyi Lhaze, as she reached her 4-year anniversary with the team!
Celtra OfficesOur offices are full of energy, enthusiasm and great employees like
you. Our office managers shared some interesting details about their
office and some events hosted at each... Enjoy!

San Francisco, CA
It’s summertime in the city of San Francisco. The weather is warm and our office is busier than ever! With
such a diverse and interesting group of individuals, it’s only natural that the events hosted are eclectic. The
team has had a product meeting in New York, a graffiti painting class to promote our “Creative Fridays”, and
even a day of rock climbing in San Francisco’s Dogpatch area!
New York, NY
Our New York office is full of energetic people that love sports! A few of our team members wake up early in
the morning and do spin class or take gym classes together before coming into a full day of work at Celtra.
On May 25th , we hosted Sports Day where the whole office was able to play sand volleyball and basketball
to exercise and to enhance our team building, inclusive of medals, trophies and Celtra branded pinafores!
Singapore
Our newest and smallest office lies in Singapore, where
Wen has been our sole representation, working relentlessly
since it’s opening in early Q2.
Similar to Sydney, we’re in a co-share, co-working space,
with lots of other start ups and western tech companies.
It’s called ‘v’ and is in the heart of the creative and hip
area of Singapore, Outram Park.
Sydney, Australia
Our team working out of the co-shared space in Sydney
made time to break from the day-to- day work focus to show
some love to the US, celebrating the 4 th of July with some
old-fashioned burgers and fries; a great way to indulge in
the “One-Celtra” sprit that was spreading across all offices
in recognition of the holiday!
Additionally, we were paid a visit from Miha in early August
– which made for a very exciting day!
Los Angeles, CA
LA is one of the smallest office but never misses a chance
to celebrate, enjoy and work to the fullest.
Taking advantage of the gorgeous LA weather, Celtra LA
enjoyed the start of summer and celebrated Yael and Kat’s
2-year anniversaries with a private sailboat ride around
Marina del Rey, Venice, and Santa Monica. We then dined
at one of our favorite restaurants in the area, El Torito!
Ljubljana, Slovenia
Celtra’s team in Ljubljana, which consists heavily
of folks from Engineering, has been very busy pro-
moting the essence of team building, and taking
advantage of the outdoors as much as possible.
From a 2-day team building events which allowed
employees to get creative, to the business run in
which 9 Celtra team members had the opportunity
to get active, to the Celtra-sponsored student hack-
athon which allowed us to selflessly promote the
Celtra product, our Ljubljana team put in everyeffort
to share our knowledge, skill and team spirit!
London, UK
The London office has been engaged in lot of busi-
ness and team activities, including charity events!
Alex from the UK team took the lead in organizing
this amazing initiative on June 6th, where her and an-
other 5 Celtra peeps started their morning at 5am in
order to cook and serve full English breakfast to 200
homeless people at the Whitechapel Homeless Cen-
tre. The next team of 6 Celtra UK people repeated
this initiative on July 6th :)
