Transcript of Wax Coated Liner

Wax-coated liner for

packaging and storage of

frozen aquatic product blocks

Brief Introduction

Our company developed a special wax-coated liner for

packaging and storage of frozen aquatic product blocks. The Liner is applied for not only processing standard 16.5lbs frozen

blocks of various aquatic products such as pollacks, Pacific

cods and salmons, but also processing of chicken, beef and

other meat products.

Tested by numbers of members in the aquatic industry, with

stronger intensity and better freshness-preservation ability, our liner works better than other liners of it’s kind. Our

company starts a new era in the world’s frozen food block

packaging industry.

Our Culture

Company Culture and Concept Principle: Self-discipline and Social Commitment

Motto: Better Quality and Service Forever

Spirit: Manage tough jobs and Perfect normal jobs

Concept: No excuses for failure, but only efforts toward success.

Our Faith

Quality first in international competition

Execution is more important more management. Success is to do simple things repeatedly and perfectly. Development depends on team-work but not self-performance.

Our liner --- Work Principle

Inner surface of liner is porous, which can release inner

air of the flesh out to protect against formation of air pockets

and void

The porous inner surface can also absorb redundant water of

the flesh. The absorbed water will turn into an ice layer on the liner

inner surface in the freezing process. The ice layer will insulate outside air in and also inner water

out. Thus it will protect the block from dehydration and keep

the flesh fresh. In theory, the thicker ice layer it has, the

better insulation it will play, and thus the better fresh-keeping

ability.

- Why Us??

Our liner can protect frozen food effectively, it's a must factor in the

process of producing excellent quality frozen food blocks. Main role of the liner is below:

1. To avoid air pockets and voids on block surface. 2. To protect frozen food blocks against dehydration in the freezing and

storage process. 3. To make straight edges and sharp corners on the frozen food blocks. 4. To adhere to the food surface properly to protect it yet releases easy

enough without sticking. 5. The coating spreads evenly on the surface, no dewaxing and waterproof

Liner – Excellente in Quality

1. Our liner material: imported American original pulp kraft

paperboard, with such better strength than recycled paper, it

guarantees our liner excellent quality and durability.

2. Our coating layer: a kind of special wax, it's food grade, which

ensure safety and sanitation to human. For more details, please

refer the below FDA and EU-AP(2004)1 test reports.

Requirements on Production of High Quality Frozen

Blocks:

Flesh must be sufficient in weight. Insufficient flesh may cause voids, air packets, frost or uneven surface after compression.

When packing flesh fillets, care must be taken to ensure that no or minimize voids are created in this procedure. If there’re voids, fill with bits and pieces or mince. And try to make surface of fillets every even and smooth, but please don’t press them, or this may cause air pockets, frosts and uneven surface on the block.

After packing the fillets, the period between weighting, closing the liner cover, placing and freezing must be no longer than 15 minutes, or too long time may cause air pockets, frost and uneven surface after frozen.

Fillets must be of certain/reasonable water content to ensure the 6 sides of block can form an ice film, and ensure no voids on the sides, or there maybe air pockets, frost and uneven surface after frozen.

Freezing time in the plate freezer must be no shorter than 35 minutes.

Poor quality of liners may also cause air pockets, frost and uneven surface on blocks.

Liner – Our Main Customers

With our good quality and service, we have developed many clients all over

the world.

Liner – Friendly Reminder

Q: After removal from the block, why our liner looks so wet?

A: From work principle of Liner, we can know that the fresh-keeping ability

mainly depends on ice layer thickness in the freezing process.

As raw material of liner is original pulp kraft paperboard, it’s excellent fiber leads to good water absorption capacity. It is tested that our liner can

absorb 50% more water than Beck liner (material of Beck liner is recycled paper).

When unpacking liner at room temperature, this ice layer will melt into

water again, then it looks wet. However, it makes better block!

And usually, after absorption of water, the paper will turn soft. Our original pulp

kraft paperboard material ensures that even wet, it still has stronger strength. During unpacking tests, the brokage rate of liner is 0.

Thus please don’t worry about the wetness after unpacking liner. It’s just a sign of our better quality.

Compared with Beck Liner, we are young.

However, we have our advantage – that is perfect

combination of good quality, service and charming price.

And we are on the way of expanding. We need your

participation and cooperation to help us to find problems, solve problems and then grow bigger.

Hope we can develop together with all of you present here!

Thank You!
