Waukesha Center-of-ExcellenceCooper's 200,000 sq.ft. Deer Park, Texas facility serves as the center-of-excellence (C.O.E.) for Waukesha VHP engines and is the market leader in the supply of parts, service, upgrades, and technical support.
From new Waukesha VHP parts inventory, remanufac-tured parts, exchange components, complete engine exchanges, dyno tested zero hour engines, and complete field or shop overhauls, Cooper stands ready.
Our center-of-excellence includes full overhaul/repair cells, unit fabrication/packaging bays, a fully equipped machine shop, including three engine dynamometer test stands capable of load testing engines, up to 5,000 brake horsepower. Our service team utilizes a US DOT registered fleet of one-ton trucks, complete with crane/air compressor/special tooling for field technical service, overhaul, and repair.
Proven ResultsWhen customers need Waukesha VHP support, they rely on Cooper. Our C.O.E. has provided complete remanufactured packages to strict offshore requirements, in-country overhaul services, installed/upgraded control panels with modern Altronic instrumentation, and MSAs for daily spare parts and customized overhaul kits. Recently, we provided five (5) fully remanufactured Waukesha VHP engines as a solution for a Peruvian customer's major overhaul program and internal exchange fleet resulting in reduced down time. All engines were complete zero-hour overhauled, certified on our in-house dynamometer, and backed with a one-year 'same as new' warranty. Complete commissioning spares, on-site start up assistance, and training were part of our total customer solution.
