The 2015 Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show, February 12 - 16, is less than two weeks away and Ferretti Group America & Allied Marine will present an even larger display than last year, with more new and brokerage yachts for you to appreciate and inspect. Situated in our usual location on Ramp 21 & 22 directly across from the Fountainbleu Hotel on Collins Avenue, we will offer a broad selection of new yachts from Ferretti, Riva, Pershing, and Mochi Craft. Thirteen fabulous and diverse brokerage motor yachts will range from a 108’ Hargrave to a Riva 52’ Rivale and sport fisherman from a 57’ Bertram to an 82’ Hatteras. All indicators seem favorable for a strong and positive 2015. Our new yacht inventory has never been lower, with many models arriving already sold. So, with the economy looking brighter and summer just a few months away, the extensive and exciting Miami show is a great opportunity to experience a first-hand tour of our beautiful models, realizing the benefits of each size, style, and layout. CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE

3 sticks unsalted butter, softened 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened 3 cups sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 6 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 300º F. Grease and flour a 9” tube pan.

Cream butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add the sugar and salt and beat well. Add 2 of the eggs and the vanilla and beat until fluffy.

Add the flour in three parts alternatively with the eggs, beginning and ending with flour and beating well after each addition.

Scrape batter into the prepared pan. Spread evenly with a spatula.

Bake for 1 hour & 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Invert onto a serving plate. Enjoy!
