The 2nd annual event brought in over 100 visitors to the Waterside Community on the afternoon of June 22nd. Community Members and visitors from the surrounding community were able to browse amongst booths hosted by a wide range of health professionals. In the V! VA Gym Waterside’s Community Members were present to provide fitness demonstrations on the strength training equipment, the Tia Chi Society of Carleton Place also provided demonstra- tions of their gentle movement exercises. In the Craft Kitchen many en-  joyed delicious cookies and homemade butter tarts baked by our very own “Pattie” and helpers. In the Members’ Lounge guests included Shoppers Drug Mart Cosmetics, Rideau Valley Diabetes, Community Primary Health Care, Lanark County Community Support, Ontario Provincial Police and many more. All together with all of Waterside’s Community and Team Members, guest presenters and visitors in attendance the Wellness Fair will definitely be hosting a 3rd annual one next June.
