A massive THANK YOU! to everyone participating in this years Mass Busk raising money for London Ukulele Trust. We are a non for profit organisation that strongly believes that everyone should have the chance to learn a musical instrument regardless of their age or ability. Through various ukulele events throughout the year our aim is to provide free ukulele sets to schools and to support community ukulele groups as a tool to combat loneliness and build strong relationships within communities.

With the support of Grand Northern Ukulele Festival in May 2019 we will be hosting our first children’s festival and an epic evening of ukulele at The Half Moon pub in Putney. In 2019 we also look to start a Youth Ukulele Orchestra for school age children and for 17-22 year olds. Very much inspired by the New Zealand Ukulele Trust who have 10,000 plus ukulele players join together to play at their annual children’s festival. We are a long way off those numbers but by joining us today you are helping to plant the seed so a huge thank you!

Thank you also so much to South West Trains and to Waterloo Station for having us. To Delta Live for providing sound and to The Angel Business Club for sponsoring our startup. Also a big thank you to Geoff Preston for his help with the songbook and to Petey Mack for his songbook contributions.

Please tag us in any social media as we would love to see any photos or videos you are able to take. You can find us on the following:Facebook fb.me/londonuketrust Twitter @TrustUkulele Instagram @londonukuleletrust

We would also love to see you again and to know YOUR ukulele story so if you have a moment to email us about how this little instrument has impacted your life, to give a shout out to your ukulele group or perhaps you just play in your bedroom we’d love to hear from you. [email protected]

Our website will be being launched beginning of December so to hear about future events please join our mailing list by emailing us ‘MAILING LIST’ to [email protected]
