Important Conclusions
With the Department’s expertise and existing data Collection Programs, the Department has an outstanding water balance template for the transition into IRWMP.
The Department’s vision is to work with federal, state, and local agencies to improve analytical methods, data collection and decrease current data gaps.
The Annual Water Budgets should support the credibility of modeling efforts, including the WEAP and CALSIM.
